Got it for a great price but the laptop was a bit slow for something brand new out of the box. Ended up returning it.

It is a basic computer that is good for internet usage, emails and word/excel documents

Did have to return to Dell because of a touchpad button sticking.... but they paid postage both ways and had it back fixed in a week. So far, I've been very happy with Dell build quality AND customer service

I snapped up this laptop during a Black Friday sale. I had done quite a bit of research prior to purchasing. It was a Christmas gift for my son as he needed one for school. It works as expected and he is very pleased.

If you don't play video games, or run multiple powerful programs, then this machine will be all you need, at a low price

This laptop is good for basic usage. Not suggested for gaming and other high end operations that requires high performance.

I bought this as a replacement laptop for my old dell laptop. The touch interface works great. So, far no hardware issues.

Performance is good small drawback is no backlit keyboard otherwise everything is fine

Purchased this laptop on a thanksgiving deal, Good configuration at best price. Little Heavy in weight but still it is ok.

Finally was able to grab it with stand online price from best buy as they gave a deal. It is always good to purchased from them as I had better chance of return it if I'm not satisfied. But this worked well for me.

I picked up two and was able to install Windows old and new to avoid the not ready for Win 10 issues. Can't seem to use 10 on everything yet... Dell still in my opinion has #1 support! Did the same to my Alienware.

This is a great laptop for students returning to school. Low cost, but powerful.

It had a suprisingly small amount of bloatware. The mouse pad is poor, and the screen is subpar, but it was only $350.00
