I decided to get this laptop for my wife for school. It's very very fast, audio is great, webcam is awesome, touch screen is very responsive. I don't have a single complaint. Best purchase I've made in a while. If you're looking for a computer/laptop to check e-mails, facebook, light gaming, watch movies, you-tube videos, do your work, and things like that, this is the one for you.

Computer easy to set up. Touch screen was a nice feature, one we have never had. It is easy to get on our systems. We use Firefox as our browser and once we put in our info we basicly hit on the owner caption and we are in our mail, finance, etc.

This computer is easy to operate. It has a nice keyboard touch, and the touchscreen is very handy. The response time for loading is quick and no extra waiting time is necessary. Very user friendly computer. We purchased the Microsoft Office program to add on. It is excellent, except it does not include the Outlook email program...very disappointing. It used to come with the Office.

Went back to Dell after having an HP and really enjoy this one. The mouse pad is working out much better and does not cause my typing to jump all over the place. My first experience with the touch screen, handy at home but then makes you look foolish at work when you reach out to the screen and nothing happens there! Great price for my data entry needs, would definitely recommend.

Like the ease of use, especially the touchscreen. It is so lightweight too!

This was a decent deal for the cost.....this is not the best laptop I've owned but it's not the most expensive either. Really have used it as an operating hard drive backup. Battery went defective in a matter of a couple months, called Dell and said it was the wrong battery anyway. Odd since it came new in the box! We will see if the new battery lasts.

I was looking for a touchscreen laptop with a i5 or i7 processor and this one seemed to be the best price for what I was looking for. Though the i5 is a 5th generation the laptop is still fast and is better than any other touchscreen laptops I looked at at this price range. Dell's are also known for their quality so I'm hoping that this laptop will also last me 5-6 years.

This lap top serves the purpose I am looking for...a laptop with decent speed! I am impatient so I appreciate that this laptop has speed. It's early on, but I love the Dell laptop. I can't wait to see how much I can get in all this space!

Touchscreen, i5, 8gb of RAM and a full 1TB hard drive is a great deal.

Great so far is already been a year and it is working great.

Very good computer for the price. I am able to browse the web and work in work with ease, and when I am not working it has enough power for free games downloaded from the store.

Seems the computer age lets us older generation still catching up and this item makes it easy simple to use and set up and reliable and light and with a little help from the staff at Best buy it was easier, it is a good little unit.

This was the first PC I've ever set up by myself. It was seamless. I had it up and running in a short time. Microsoft pulled in a lot of my data on line so it was great. So far the PC is excellent and works well. With all the signature documents on line now a days, I like being able to write on the screen. This is the perfect PC for family use, small business.

I am a college student and as such I am required to use technology a lot and this laptop has been really good so far as to meeting those needs. I can have several webpages open at once without my connectivity slowing down. Downloading things are a breeze, switching from multiple browsers, apps, documents, etc is smooth, the touch capability is a nice touch and is responsive to my touch/movements. So far I have had no issues with my laptop. The only complaint I would have is that the battery life drains more quickly than the 8 hours it is supposed to get; mine maybe gets 5 hours depending on usage and my lighting settings. It would be nice if the battery life was around the 8 hours so that I would not have to worry about finding a place to charge in classes or in-between classes.

This is a low cost laptop. Has great features, but a lower resolution screen, which may be the only reason to give it 4 stars. It has a good battery life and great specs. Would easily recommend to anyone with a low budget

My High school going son loves it. Working with no issues for over a year. I am buying the same one more for my younger son today

This has been one of the best laptops I've purchased. it's been a year and a half now, and it's still going strong! There's a lot of space/storage, and the speeds are wonderful. I'm able to open and close several programs at once, play games, stream media, etc. I definitely recommend this laptop. Great graphics and sound quality.

Very good computer with touch screen, 8 GB memory, and 1TB HDD.
