I really am surprised and pleased that Dell offered a computer that ticked most off my must haves in a new computer, but is still very user friendly. Lots of power, speed, and options.

Can't beat features of computer for the price. Really good value. Works well haven't found any issues with it so far. It exceeded my expectations for the price I have paid. Great buy!

This was my first laptop that I've ever purchased for myself, and let me tell you; it is one of the best purchases I've ever made. The battery life is great, it's pretty portable, I use it in college all the time. And I love the fact that it is touchscreen, it makes everything so much easier.

Purchased this Dell configuration because it had a great balance of performance, features & price for my application (a media server). I'm a little disappointed with the resolution but it's not a deal breaker. Love the style, keyboard, & touch screen. Dell makes excellent products. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I got the laptop for 375 including all taxes, this laptop is perfect for ppl for common use, the best part is its touch screen, I am loving this. you may be able to get this same price with other processor but no Intel processor , I think this offer is still available , worth product

I love my new computer. It is so smooth. It's quick, it runs all my programs perfectly. The price was sweet. This was a Black Friday $349 Deal and I'm glad I bought it. I have had it almost 3 weeks and I have not had any issues with it at all. I would highly recommend this computer.

I purchased this for my fiance, for Christmas. It is more than fast enough for any programs she throws at it, and she loves the touchscreen. She can be kind of a bull in a china shop, but the computer has held up to the abuse so far. Great value at it's price,even better on sale!

Bought this for my wife. Coming from windows XP there was some learning curve, but the touch screen made the switch much better. i5 processor for this price was great.

I give this product 5 stars based on a few things, mainly cost-benefit ratio. I bought this laptop for as my home-business laptop so I needed something more powerful than otherwise, and this was a great pick. The i5 processor is powerful, and the touchscreen is super handy.

Computer technology continues to advance and Dell captures these advancements for incredible deals. It's touch screen and fast processing makes this a phenomenal deal.

I bought this laptop as a Open-Box one online. To my surprise the laptop was not responding when I first switch it on and the charger given with the laptop is different one and it wont even fit for the laptop. When I took it to stores, they could switch it on by using correct charger. I asked for the replacement but, they did not agree for that because I bought it as used one. Instead they have given a Insigna charger. I doubt any one has ever verified that laptop before selling it or delivering it. With this experience I never recommend Open Box laptops until you open the package and check it thoroughly in-front of store person. After all, the laptop is working fine but, the performance is not impressive.

Screen is super crisp and detailed, keyboard feels really great, although no numeric keypad, but not a bummer for me as it also lets the keyboard and trackpad to be centered, and its backlit feature is fantastic. The 5th gen dual core i7 with its integrated graphics is more than enough for daily tasks, and sufficient for running more demanding programs, in my case, engineering related programs and a couple of music recording ones. And it stays really quiet and cool even when using it for hours. (but I did replace the hdd for an ssd, which is highly recommended if you want the snappiest experience)

If you surf the Internet, check email, maybe create a few spreadsheets or watch some video online, this laptop is a good value for the price. I wouldn't recommend it for someone who is a power user - a gamer, a video editor or a photo editor, for example. But for your average user who doesn't demand too much from a laptop, this works well. I got this as a "Black Friday" special for a very low price.

The touch screen is very good and very fast. Its perfect laptop for daily usage.

I love this computer! Granted, I am coming from having a 10 year old Toshiba laptop, but I was amazed at the quality of this laptop. The touch screen is very responsive, and the speed of the computer is perfect for working from home. The price was also really amazing.

I'm very pleased with this laptop, it has lots of storage plus additional free storage with Dropbox, sleek lines and a large screen. It was also a great price.

Easy to use and very quick to start up - no issue with having multiple tabs open and running various programs simultaneously. Touch screen is a nice bonus.
