This is a great laptop. I got it for my mom for Christmas on Black Friday because, of course, the price was right. It is so hard to find an affordable laptop these days, 4GB RAM doesn't cut it anymore. This this is great! Lightweight but sturdy, runs fast, has a numpad which is great! My only annoyance is that when there is a numpad included, laptop makers make the trackpad off-center to align with the main keyboard. I'd rather it be centered, but it's really not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, and it's not just a Dell thing or this laptop, it's all of them. Anyway, can't go wrong with this! Love it so much that I'm hoping to get another for myself somewhere (it's discontinued) since my laptop finally gave in! Maybe they have an update version that will go on sale as well!

Loving this laptop thus far. No issues to speak of. Very fast processor along with the RAM and the SSD card makes this laptop one of the best made in a while. Add on the fact it is touch screen and only cost sub $500. Deal you can't pass up

Windows 10 s mode is easy to convert to Windows 10 Home. 3 things have to happen before it converts. 1) activate windows 10 s mode. 2) update windows store In windows store ( 3 dots in top corner). 3) reboot and go back to the activation page and it should be activated now. Only then the option will appear to convert. I did pick this up as a doorbuster (great value) and was going to return it if I could not get it into windows 10 home for free. Cheers

Super fast and easy to use. This solid state drive makes booting up and changing programs almost instantaneous. There is a good suite of programs installed and it is easy to use and has room for several peripherals.

I bought this laptop cause my old one was really slow. This was an AMAZING purchase, Solid State Drive is amazing, this computer is so fast and perfect in size. LOVE IT. I bought it when it was on sale so great price for the quality.

Runs great while using the internet and Office programs. Not intended for heavy gaming but we don't use it for that anyway. Touch screen it's very responsive and SSD harddrive runs fast. Only improvement needed is a larger battery.

Bought this on a early black Friday sale and really like it. the touchscreen is very responsive but had to take it out of S mode sine it would not let me install MS Office otherwise.

I love the product.Easy voice set up.The Microsoft office preinstalled did not last more than ten days.Obtain MS office and install with a free tech support assistance.Can't beat the $200 + price on a good day, exept for black Friday.

Had this laptop for 1 year now, very happy with its performance and price point. I have not had any issues with it. I would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for something that’s dependable and affordable.

I'm a beginner to the computer world and needed something that wasn't to hard to figure out. The Best Buy tech suggested the Dell touch screen laptop and he was right. My new Dell is perfect for me and my abilities. Thank you!

This PC was easy to set up right out of box. Connected to all my wireless devices. It does need a CD R/W, but can buy one of those I suppose. OK battery life, mine lasts around 6 hrs on a charge. Good value for the price.

Overall quality and price. Only complaint is that Dell keeps trying to download a BIOS update that causes the computer to hang. I have learned to ignore the update as, after researching the issue on the Internet, it is a problem that has plagued many owners. I also have an occasional problem in that my keyboard "touch" is "light" and I often don't register the keystroke. For example, I run words together not because I don't press the space bar but because the pressure needed to register the space bar key is greater than that of my desktop keyboard. I've gotten used to the need to do so but it is annoying when I forget.

A good buy for the money. I got mine on a pre-Black Friday deal for about $150 less than retail so I was extra pleased. But overall it's great for the price. Solid state hard drive is a plus as well as the touch screen.

I’ve been enjoying my laptop especially now where using a lot of remote activities. A great purchase and always been a fan of Dell products. Just wish a little lighter but overall enjoy the speed and size of screen.

I was looking for a laptop to replace another one. This one is much like the one I was using. I waited until Black Friday weekend to buy. When I got there the day after, they were all out of stock. I was looking at another HP laptop (which was out of stock also). So, I decided to wait and buy something later. I went back to the store a second time and was expecting to have to order the Dell. I brought all the information for the laptop with me and it turns out I didn't have to order it as they just had another delivery truck come in and the Dell WAS in stock. I was so happy I left to store with my laptop and didn't have to order anything, which made me happy!! This laptop is fast enough for me and does everything I need it to do. Would buy again!!!

Picked up this computer on black Friday. It does everything that I need it to. Runs smooth and quick. Love the touch screen feature. This is an all around great laptop!

This touch screen Del 15.6 laptop is an amazing upgrade from my laptop purchased in 2013!!! so easy to use and the touchscreen and speed are fantastic the service and advice at BB in St Cloud, MN was awesome

I got it at Black Friday sale. Paid $350.00. Th esimilar configuration laptops go for $550.00 and up. Super fast. Good enough for graphic design and video editing work. Can't bit this buy for that type of money.

I purchased this laptop for my work needs. This laptop was perfect and met all the required specs. I love the security, touchscreen and lightweight design. Would recommend for educational and work purposes.
