Works good. Fast, easy to use. Touch screen works very well. Its lightweight so easy to carry anywhere. Overall nice laptop in the given price range.

This laptop is my upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Great screen size. Nice weight for portability. Good battery life for my amount of usage (3-4 hrs/day). When it comes to ease of use a lot depends on me in this transition time with the differences in Windows platforms. I find the differences to be just enough to challenge me but not overwhelming or discouraging. Every once in a while there are on screen prompts that encourage me to try some new aspect of a program. Since this laptop model was part of a store special sale, I feel I got good value for my money.

This laptop was a great price when I needed a new computer and thus far has met all of my needs. It is nice to have a touch screen also as an option.

Very fast and reliable little machine. I was going to buy a new laptop computer because mine is getting slow and old but thought I’d try this chrome book since it was much cheaper. Turns out this is much faster than my $1800 work laptop! It doesn’t allow me to store much, but I wanted speed and this is delivering more than expected. It’s a bargain at twice the price. I’m now a believer in Chromeboks! Screen isn’t the greatest, but I connect it to a TV or monitor when I’m on a conference call where text or images aren’t so clear, so no problem I can’t work around

The Dell Laptop in this price is a nice deal. This laptop is good fast, performance and light weight perfect for my requirement and daily usage.

This laptop is exactly what I needed. I love it, it is so fast and I wasn’t expecting it to be touch screen. So far the best laptop I’ve ever had.

This computer runs great, and at a good speed. I holds all the info I need it to hold, and runs my programs without any issues.

I asked relatives for suggestions on a new laptop to purchase for my daughter. The specifications I was told to look for were in this particular computer. I was told it was a great computer for the value. I was not thrilled with the store associate who took care of us that day. Most of your floor people know the products very well. This particular floor person could not answer most of my questions. I almost left the store without purchasing the computer The computer needed to be brought back to store because Windows 10 would not download

My old Dell laptop recently died, after 6 years of use. I decided to take advantage of the early Black Friday deal and give Dell another try. This laptop is great! It's light weight, fast, and has excellent resolution. The large amount of memory will certainly come in handy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because I wish it had a USB-C port. The Windows 10S version takes some getting used to, but there is a way to disable it and revert to the Windows 10 version (if you need to). I hope it lasts longer than my old one.

Only knock on this pc is the video card wont do hd output. But is a solid little compute with good memory and solid state hd with touch screen!

Great lightweight laptop. Correct screen size and good battery backup. Excellent performance. Good for business users and simple gaming.

Got it at a great price at Best Buy, for the price it has everything needed and Evan has a touchscreen couldn’t ask more for $350+ tax

Purchased on Black Friday. I5 Intel. 8gb memory and a 256SSD for $350. not to mention touch screen. It a little rocket for its price.

I love how fast it loads everything. The truck screen is very quick to react. The screen color is very vibrant! Love my new laptop!

Although it is not metal framed, the laptop still feels good, and it has a quick startup time compared to my 2015 asus i5 laptop. The ssd is quick, and has an extra 2.5 inch space available, and one extra ram slot (for another 8 go of ram, totaling 16gb ram). Storage could be better, but makes up for it by giving you an open storage slot inside. I will upgrade my storage soon for more space, and ram as well to see just how quick this laptop can be. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, especially for the price.

This is my first laptop and I'm very happy with it. Seems to have adequate power and processor for my needs, I don't do any gaming so it's perfectly snappy for web browsing and video streaming. I really have no complaints with this, build quality is solid, very easy to use and super fast, starts up in a flash. All in all I'd recommend this to anyone wanting a solid performer at a great price, well done Dell

This laptop is used by a college student. It works fast and there have been no issues with it. I love the touch screen!

I got this as a Black Friday deal and am overall satisfied with it. I needed an updated laptop as my previous MacBook from 2009 that wouldn’t die is finally showing signs of checking out. I only use it for browsing, news, Netflix sometimes and to pay bills. Initially the product felt cheap and was larger than expected. I even got nauseous trying to set it up and went to bed the first night sure that I would return it the next day. I then decided to give it another go, and after removing the “S” mode, I was able to install Chrome and other favorite internet items I’m accustomed to. The virus protection that was included in the deal was also very useful. Pros: - starts up and shuts down super fast - the 15.6 in screen feels larger than that and while not as crispy as a new MacBook, your eyes will eventually adjust and you won’t tell the difference - good specs, Processor, the RAM is suffice but can be upgraded to 16gb when needed - hard drive is more than enough. - battery at least for starters holds the charge amazingly well. I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks already and only charged it once. Cons: - feels a little cheap - larger than most modern laptops, so kind of a throwback feel to the older 17 inch beast laptops - S mode. While I’m sure it’s safer to use in this mode, it’s inconvenient as you are only able to download apps available in the MS store. Easy enough to remove though with a quick internet search.

I have purchased this laptop to replace my old hdd one and enjoyed until now without any problem. It is fast and easy to use.
