This computer is exactly what we were looking for. It is not loud, works exactly how expected.

My only complaint is that it appears the built in camera is not compatible with Windows 10 Hello feature allowing it to recognize your face to login without a finger print or code. A new computer running the latest OS should be capable of the all the basic security functions.

Best buy listed it was at my store but the inventory. Wasn't currently up dated. So i paid and ordered my new laptop and it arrived to my door few days later. Over all happy with my product.
