I love Dell. This is my third Dell Computer.

It is fast, durable and stylish. The only problem that I have with this Computer is the difficulty with seeing the Keys. My most recent Dell had Black Keys with White Letters. This new Laptop has Silver Keys with White Letters, which are not always easy to see well.

It will work for our purposes, but it has less memory and is less powerful than the laptop we really wanted to buy. Your organizing system is in such disarray that your associate could not find the laptop we wanted, though he could tell that it was in the store.

A nice upgrade from Windows 7 era laptop

Not sure if there's a compatibility problem with current Marine Aquarium screen saver. When system goes to sleep it doesn't wake up. That used to work before Marine Aquarium. Still investigating posted workarounds for wakeup issues in general.

Good laptop, weak wifi reception

Never had any trouble keeping my wifi connection. With this Dell I had to install a wifi extender in my house for this computer to hold an internet connection. Other than this issue I like the computer.

Smooth with no issues

I ended up returning it only because of its screen and size. The picture quality was to dull for me, but that is just my personal preference. I was also looking for a smaller laptop I could use for travel.

Overall good, but bad keyboard

The keys are silver and the letters are white. So it all blends together and you can’t see the letters on the keys. I will forever now look for silver keys with black letters, or black keys with white letters
