Excellent laptop for the budget only one problem..

The only thing that bothers me so much is the fact that the microphone doesn’t work well at all. I need a solution ASAP!

To be honest, I was a little disappointed when you were so short on stock of the ones I had been looking at, but then, with the aid of your sales clerk (sorry if that isn't PC) I found this one. He talked me through what I was going to use it for and really helped me out. I appreciate your service and your product.
