GREAT for working from home, zoom calls and school work. I like the camera cover option and the ease of set up. The touch screen also has an instant response time!

Purchased for daughter's virtual education only issue is the microphone location. People have trouble hearing her speak, she has to lift it to participate in conversations otherwise the computer is great.

Love this laptop. Very nice screen and FAST ssd. I have bought a few of these for my doctors I take care of and they love them. The machine is very snappy and light. The screen is very bright and easy to read and use in an office environment, They keyboard and touchpad are excellent.

As a college student a reliable and efficient laptop is essential for completing school work on time. This laptop does just the job! I would recommend this device to other students looking for an affordable and trust worthy Laptop PC. P.s. the finger print scanner makes signing way easier :)

Nice laptop. Optane makes a difference. We have an 11th generation i5 processor version of this same machine and that one is quite a bit faster. Good machine and nice build quality.

Overall pleased with this P/C. Only dislike is back lit keys during daytime use makes it hard to read on silver colored keys. Black keys wouldn't be an issue. Should know where the keys are but for 2 finger typer's it will be a problem. This function can be disabled I believe.

My daughter is using this for blended learning in junior high school and for medium level graphics in online gaming (stuff that doesn't rely on ultra high resolution but in which speed is reasonably important) and loves it for both purposes. Nice that the keyboard is backlit.

Easy to understand! Once all my apps were transferred from my old laptop!! That took awhile, but finally got it completed at your Melrose Park Best Buy geek squad!! The virtual fix left me more confused!! Took hours, and hours to complete, and I still didn’t have what I needed!

Just set up this new computer today, and so far I really like it. It was very user-friendly to set up. It seems very responsive, and I really like the touchscreen and tablet features. Dell computers have a good reputation, and hopefully this one will last several years.

this is a great computer for the work i need to get done. the camera works well and the picture quality is great. definitely getting the job done. I would recommend and i would buy again

My last computer before this one was a 2008 Toshiba, so this computer is definitely an upgrade. When I went in store to buy this one they were out of even the floor model, it is a very popular computer and it fits the requirements for what I was looking for.

Runs quiet and is fast. The fingerprint sign in is convenient and easy to use. The sound quality is not what I had hoped, a bit tinny and quiet even when volume control is high.

Product was a great deal for updated specs ! Price is right ! Generally runs well but I’m a bit cautious cause screen randomly froze a few times as soon as started using it . When I click with mouse on screen the screen changes color slightly . (strangr ) but doesn’t affect productivity . also .. Audio driver had to be updated after a few days because there was Loud static sound coming there headphones when plugged in . So far the problems have been solved hopefully it stays that way , dell support has been really helpful

Bought a pair of these for use for remote work for my office. They are working really well so far. Only complaint I have is that the power button is in an odd place with no marking on it , but next to it. That is the only complaint I can make about this product.

has become my daughter's BFF during the pandemic - when all things educational and social are all online - she uses it as a tablet and with the keyboard. Works for streaming class information as well as social & adaptable to many platforms easily.

Love the computer! The only negative is that the fingerprint scanner never seems to recognize my finger. Not a big deal to me I just put my pin in but wanted to use that feature more.

My new laptop has been working great for my everyday use. I'm not a techy and hate to purchase new devices, as there is usually a lot of set-ups to do. This one was quite simple. My only complaint is the challenge with connecting to my HP printer.

I love this laptop. It is light weight and it processes fast. I chose it because of its ten key. Many laptops do not have it any more, and some of the other ones I looked had ten key, but the buttons were too small and close together.

I am pleased with my purchase of the Inspiron 15 7000. I had a HP lap top that would extremely heat up. This Dell doesn't over heat and has a good battery life. I definitely recommend this!
