The transfer has been a disaster. My old computer data was not successfully transferred to my new Dell laptop And the information is unusable. The problems were not fixed by the Geeks in the store, so now I am being charged for a home visit☹️☹️☹️

It had most of the specs that I wanted. I opted for an open-box excellent. I'm returning it because the screen is glitchy and jumpy. I tried all of the troubleshooting methods to no avail. I will be replacing it with another Dell and hopefully the next one will be fine.

Camera didn't work, number lock key kept getting stuck, then fell out of place, kept getting errors on something, can't recall. Wasn't working for me, never have liked Dell.
