hey, if you are a college like me currently, I would recommend this laptop. I love it , its fast and efficient. I will have to come back soon and tell you if its good for and Info Systems major but it has amazing features that I couldn't imagine to have in an laptop. It is for sure worth the price !

Everything was sold out because of Covid. We looked everywhere and finally located this one in our price range. It had everything she needed. I was a little worried about it since it had to be shipped to us. Everything was perfect, and to easy to set up. My daughter hasn’t had has any issues at all. This is our 4th Dell Laptop purchased in the last 5 years as a family. We have never had any issues.

So in love with my new toy... amazing features.. I can also multitask using different screens while other screens are open... picture quality is beautiful and clear, sound is amazing... my favorite part is I love the fact that I can mirror my laptop to my tv and stream zoom...

Very happy with the usability of this Laptop and it was a good price too!

As a business laptop that also doubles for light entertainment, (streaming, some interactive gameplay, and audio production) this machine performs far better than expected. The quality touch screen is a plus, although it does take getting used in opening and closing the keyboard, or wiping smudges from the screen. That’s the only drawback I can think of.

This laptop is a solid choice for any college student. The screen is large, but the overall size of the laptop is manageable. The backlit keys are not super bright. The fingerprint scanner works well, no issues there. Some annoyances with the four keys to the left of the spacebar, the ctrl key is quite small compared to standard keyboards and I often accidentally hit the fn key. The chassis feels durable and strong, though it has a little bit of bend. I have not spent much time in the tablet mode of this convertible laptop, but the hinges look to be sturdy. The screen can get very bright, looks to be visible in daylight. I have had a few issues with the screen flickering and internal audio devices not being detected, but these have been fixed by updating the respective drivers. Looks great, and when it works, it works wonderfully.

So far so great! It's fast and crystal clear screen. Easy to use.

This is my first laptop purchase. I was impressed with how thin and light the laptop it. Easy set up. Touch screen makes it easy to complete tasks on the screen and with the mouse pad. Battery cord is long which makes it convenient to keep laptop plugged in and charging when using. Color on screen is vivid and crisp. Processes quickly for internet searches.

Great computer that I gifted to my parents. They were amazed at the upgrade from their older model and found it much easier to use. I helped personalize several of the options to make the transition easier for them and setup all the drivers so they could print remotely. So far, they are extremely happy and BB made the deal even better.

We bought this for my son who was headed off to college for engineering. Features for the price this was the best deal out there. After doing his research, he was between this and the Lenovo Yoga. He liked the Yoga better, but this was the better value. We gave up on HP years ago for reliability, and Dells had been working out well for us. With only a few hours use on it, the keyboard backlight would flicker and eventually go out, the system would freeze regularly and need rebooted, especially after it went to sleep, and there was an erratic, electrical sound coming from inside. Since he was back in school and couldn't wait for the mail in warranty work, I had to run out and get him a replacement (coincidentally a Yoga, also from Best Buy). I brought this one to Geek Squad and they are sending it to Dell service for repair. Maybe this was just a lemon, or maybe I will be avoiding Dell - we'll see how the repair goes.
