I love the touch screen. It’s so much lighter and faster than my old computer, and the picture is fantastic! I’m having a little trouble with the finger print reader, it can only read it about 25% of the time. Other than that I love this computer.

It was easy to set up and this is fastest laptop I have had.

So much faster and easier to use than my previous computers

Fast processor, bright lighted key board, vibrant screen colors for gaming and photo editing. The microphone and camera both are great for live video conference. Very happy with this purchase at a great price. Purchased on the website and it was shipped fast with multiple notifications of the delivery. I recommend this for students.

This is a good laptop over all, obviously not gaming speed but loads very quickly. I have been pleased with almost everything camera, speakers are good and very user friendly computer. The only complaints I can think of that would prevent giving 5 stars. 1st. The microphone doesn't pick up my voice on zoom which is strange because I'm a loud person,,, I have to wear a headset on zoom calls or have my head over the keyboard then you look funny on the camera. 2nd. The price $1200 after taxes and warranty! If you pay $1200 you should be at game quality in my opinion. Also I paid for expedited shipping and it arrived a week late,,, the only way to get reimbursed is to drive all the way back to the store?? If you paid with a card BEST BUY should be able to just reimburse you card. That's all hope this is helpful.

Our main complaints are that it takes forever to start up as well as restart and it restarts and updates without warning. Besides that it's easy to use, has a beautiful screen and our daughter loves the ability to fold back the keyboard.

I bought the computer to do online schooling. I gave it a 4 in quality because it's still new and working just fine, but only time will tell if that continues or not. Compared to a similar HP version of this Dell, I got more bang for my buck by purchasing the Dell. I like the layout of the computer and it's user friendly.

I got this computer for video editing and college classes. So far it's been ok, but the screen flickered for a little while. I think it's because I was using it on a soft surface and it overheated. Overall it's a great computer.

Still getting used to the computer. It works well as the laptop and 2nd computer. I look forward to spending some time to get to know all it's functions. I have added a wireless mouse, which makes it more functional for me.

I love my new Dell Inspiron 7000 2 in one Laptop. I am no tech geek, so I was very happy to find out that set up and use of the new laptop was so easy. My favorite feature of this laptop is the convenience of this model. It is very easy to take anywhere and converts easily to a good sized tablet.

I bought this laptop for school and it’s been great so far. Easy to use, fast and has plenty of storage. My only complaint is the microphone, I almost have to yell for people to hear me on zoom. I bought a headset and it’s much better now.

I got this to replace the laptop my wife absconded with for working from home. Lucky me! Finally, a laptop with power, speed, form, and function. The rep at my local Best Buy led me to this after listening to my needs. I'm thankful there are reps who know their stuff and Best Buy should be thankful too.

Purchased for our daughter and she absolutely loves it! I’m glad we went with this, much larger screen, folds and with a pen makes drawing and projects much easier. Fast enough to get the job done, she has never once complained over slow speeds or glitches… very solid 2 in 1!

Set up is easy and the computer has been working great! In addition to the computer the staff worker that sold me the computer was very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. I was between two and I’m glad after answering a couple questions we came to the conclusion we did. Great experience.

After dealing with the school’s awful Chromebook laptops, my daughter was seriously needing a laptop that had some memory, and function with her online classes. Dell Inspiron 7000 series fit the bill 100%. Fast processor, 1/2 tByte of memory, easy setup, and best of all, great price!

I am happy with the purchase, good perceptibility on part of the salesman who recommended the product to buy. It meets my needs very well. The battery life would be nicer if it lasted a bit longer.

I think this is a good investment. Haven't purchase a computer for almost 6 years. So it was nice to have a new one with nice keypad and screen. Overall, i like it. Pretty comfortable to use it.
