Computer is good, some problems getting info converted over from work as work has a special encryption. no disk place and only two USB places. otherwise OK New to windows 10, little slow learning

Bought this computer for my daughter and she loves it. It boots up fast and is easy to use. Touchscreen function and camera are especially useful since most classes are online. So far so good!

Smaller than the one it replaced but with the same screen size. Needed to restart the initial boot up, but is currently working well crisp clean colors and sharp screen resolution. Well priced.

Perfect for anyone looking for a 2-in-1 and the advantages that come with it! Very light and flexible. Alexa built-in is a great feature. I have only had this laptop for a few days, but I definitely like what I see so far. This is certainly a product I would recommend.

I dabble in graphic design from time to time and wanted something that could handle simple stuff here and there. So far, it's met my expectations. I usually only run one program at a time so it's not loaded down. It's not great when it comes to colors, but I manage. I've even been able to even run After Effects, although the previews aren't fully able to render, even at a quarter, when things get complex. On everyday things, it runs fast. A little loud at times but manageable. It does sometimes come on while it's asleep charging, going to see if there's a fix for that. Overall for the price, it satisfies my want for an external hobby.

Overall a good computer, but the microphone does not pick up sound too well, people complain that they can't bear me, making me talk really loud and having to mute everyone else.

I researched many LapTops and settled on the Dell - Inspiron 15 7000. I am very happy with the decision. It has all of the features I need and is very easy to use. I owe many thanks to Richard of the Geek Squad who helped in the setup and tutored me in its use.

Son grabbed this for college and loves it so far. It’s fast and runs smooth with good battery life. Will need to see how it does longer term before giving it five starts though.

Overall I like the performance. Screen picture is beautiful. Easy for senior citizens to use. Really would like to have a cd/dvd port. But I give this product 2 thumbs up.

Great computer am in love with this laptop. The price of this laptop is worth it. It’s not too heavy and is an easy setup for those who are not familiar with technology. Audio doesn’t come out muffled like your normal laptop would

The Best Buy experience and the Dell Inspiron 15 70002n1 was good but could have been better. I purchased and open box laptop because the sales agent said the laptop was in excellent condition and was returned by a young adult whose parents did not authorize the purchase. Not quite, the charging cord was faulty and looks like it was switched out with an old unit. Someone at BB should have checked this out before I brought it home, only to return it because the charger did not work. Overall the Geek Squad is very good and the laptop is excellent, just wish they were more careful with returns.

I purchased this laptop after I returned the other one but setup was a breeze and it is fast does everything I need to do with no problem I would reccomend this to anyone it costs a little more but worth it see how it does in the long run

This laptop has everything I was looking for, the 2-in-1, light up keyboard, great Camera and even better 64 GB ram hard drive! Definitely a good investment.

Just wanted a simple, easy-to-use laptop that could do all of the things that are needed (streaming, MS applications, internet, etc.) This Dell was well priced, fairly powerful for the price paid, and does what I needed it to.

I like this computer, I give 4 stars because the battery drains very quickly and the color of the keyboard is gray and The letter cannot be seen very well

I have a DELL pc and wanted a DELL laptop. This model does a great job. My only problem is that I have to be careful about touching the screen for it is so sensitive. The set up was super easy for I had no problem at all.

This one was interesting! I learned that Best Buy doesn't keep a lot of laptops they have on display, in stock. We went to one about 11 miles from home looking for this laptop. They didn't have it in stock and he said there weren't any within driving distance to get one. I bought a Lenovo Chromebook Duet and we left. I checked online and there was an open box Dell at the Best Buy 5 minutes from the house. (The salesperson didn't mention that there were any open box versions. We drove there and got that one. It works as promised.
