Love it! My only two complaints are that it took three tech support people to figure out how to turn off the backlit keyboard so it could be used in normal light (so I could see the letters/numbers on it), and how to turn on the Google sound setting for input (the mic). Other than that, pretty slick, great keyboard touch.

Love my laptop, since I remember I have been using dell laptops and pleased with the features and capability of it. Great for work from home needs. Great for trainings and web meetings, quality of image is perfect

Absolutely love it. I was looking for a touch screen and backlit keyboard laptop. I have had Dell desktops before but never a laptop. This one met what I was looking for and I have not been disappointed

Not many ports but over all is a great laptop. It would have been nice to come with a clip or type of holder to be used with a stylus.

Well designed case. Robust hinges. Backlight keys a plus. Brilliant colors. Sensitive touchscreen. Purchased this laptop to replace a space consuming all-in-one desktop. Very pleased with this laptop.

I am glad I exchanged my HP laptop for this DELL laptop and paid a little extra. I am happy with all the features and capabilities this device provides. I initially purchased this device for school for writing papers,storage space, and touch screen. I am a Happy camper. The only downside is that although the keys has lights it is difficult to see the keys light up due to the color of the laptop and keys are both silver.

This Dell's laptop is a great one. I uses it for personal and for professional reasons. I like that it is touch screen which helps me to access information quicker. Yes, this laptop gets the job done.

Laptop works for all of your needs especially zooming for school right now. Every once in a while, there’s a flickering that happens and I’m not sure how to make it stop. When looking at the screen, it feels like I’m in a room with a strobe light. After a while, it goes away especially when it’s fully charged. I’ve read that it’s Dell’s Intelligent Battery trying time switch modes or something but doesn’t seem too intelligent if it’s causing this flicker. For an $800 laptop, you would think it wouldn’t do this.

I use this laptop to work from home, It's really fast, easily handles multitasking and remote connections. Really lightweight, easy to handle. Quick startup and shutting down.

I was replacing an old PC and a bit nervous about it. I've now had a month with the Dell and it's really good -- and fast! Also, I've had to use the tech coach once and that worked well.

I had a HP and wanted to try something new. Read that Dell laptops are better in the overheating department so I gave it a shot so we’ll see how it holds up in about a year. I love that you can speak commands with this laptop which is really cool. It also has fingerprint recognition. So if you’re used to using an iPad, these features will come in handy. The screen resolution is an improvement from my 5 year old HP but I don’t know how it compares to competitors. Speakers are just ok. I’ve never been in awe when it comes to laptop speakers.

I bought this laptop since my other one wasn’t working well. The computer is easy to set up once it was delivered to my house. My experience with the laptop has been nothing but positive.

Premium features at a price that's hard to beat! Everything you would expect from a Dell running on an Intel Core i5 at 12 GB of RAM for multitasking and running your favorite programs.

Awesome has been perfect for my needs. I only use it for shopping, steaming, and an occasional download. So I'm not sure about its capabilities beyond that.

Time will tell but so far so good. I like the touch screen feature and it is lighter weight than my previous lap top.

I really liked this laptop at first and I liked all the features it brought with it. I didn’t really start using it until last week for college and my zoom meetings so I started to use it everyday. I bought it back in July and it was working perfectly fine and then I was having problems with the computer battery and my laptop wouldn’t turn on. I would expect these problems from a laptop that you have had for a while but I recently purchased this not even my old laptop gave me these type of problems. It’s very stressful especially if you’re a student just trying to do school work and trying to get used to virtual learning

This laptop is lightweight, the display is beautiful, and the battery life is great. It was all I was looking for. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. The only reason for the four stars is that I bought an open box version from Best Buy which came with the incorrect charger for the laptop. The charger it came with fit in about halfway but would only charge to about 3% or allow me to work while plugged in. I bought the correct charger and have had no issues since.

Great laptop for working from home and personal issue. Love the touch screen, the easy access number pad, and fold into a pad with turn screen feature. Great purchase thus far!

Love the versatility of this 2 in 1 - can use it as a laptop or as a touchscreen tablet; very nice! Great monitor and easy to use touchpad - really liking this machine so far!

open box and I am impressed. But the finger print start doesn't work for me, I use a different way to sign in. Other then that I am impressed with the value of this product.
