I called Geek Squad and was on hold for approx an hour and no one got on the phone. I also tried online support and got no where, the support personnel never got on the computer.

The only complaint is that the silver keys are NOT a good choice as even with the backlite on, it is impossible for us to see the letters, numbers. We ended up having to buy a silicone cover with black keys and white letters to solve the problem. The backlighting is very dim, doesn't show up at all.

The battery dies fast and the laptop is heavy. Also it must be a defect on the system itself. When I’m on zoom working or in a meeting the screen flickers the entire time. It also freezes. Very unhappy.

She is not a serious gamer but does spend a couple of hours a day with you tube and games and it has worked for everything she needs. The touch screen is kind of superfluous but the memory was higher than some of the similar models so that made the choice for us.

It has the features that I needed from my old laptop, and even more. For example, it bends back nicely so that I can use it as a tablet for streaming. You just have to be careful not to fold it all the way or it won't stand up. The only problem is that sometimes the mic cuts out on Zoom and makes it seem like I'm muted when I'm not. Other than that, it's been a great laptop so far and I look forward to using it for years to come.

The only thing I dislike about it is that when the keyboard is backlit I can't see the keys unless I get up and look directly on the keys. It is silver and when the light comes on they characters are very hard to see.
