    This Dell unit is fast with a good screen. Was surprised to find it does not have a built in numeric keypad, Pictures and material in product description don't address this.

    Quality computer that is fast and versatile. I like that the screen folds all the way around to be more like a tablet when needed. This computer can handle everything I've thrown at it with the 32gb of RAM. Would recommend

    I recently purchased this laptop for a work and personal use. No complaints so far. I enjoy the touch screen aspect as it runs smooth. Running on Windows 11 helps. Would recommend this Windows PC

    The employee who helped me with my purchase was excellent, patient, and very helpful. The employee who helped me with checkout was also excellent and, in response to my question about whether the unit was at that point on sale, indicated that it was and gave me the refund. Never nice experience overall.

    It's almost perfect laptop for most of the needs. I've been using it for programming, office work, gaming, entertainment etc and I'm satisfied with what I got. What I wish could improve, battery life is not soo great (it's not bad btw but not super awesome), and a dedicated graphics would have been a huge plus..

    Very happy with our new laptop. Has a lot of space and very fast. Taking over from our desk top 2010 computer we also bought from Best Buy. The old one has been great. Next, need to get our information from our old one onto the new one. We will get Gerk Squad to do that.

    I replaced my 12 year old tower computer with this Dell desk top. Very happy with it. I will admit that I have had a little bit of a learning curve with it but once I figured things out it's been fast and reliable. I hope it last me another 12 years...
