I love this Dell computer. It is fast and easy to use.

Needed a new machine as previous was worn out. I've always purchased Dells as they have given me the best performance over the expected lifetime of the product. This laptop boots up extremely fast and runs great. I do a little photo and video editing and run laser and cutting machines from it with no problems. The tablet mode makes it easy to draw out designs with the included pen. I'm really enjoying this machine and it wasn't filled with bloat ware which was nice.

Very nice laptop and very fast to upload and download. The battery lasts a long time unplugged. The tablet mode is very comfortable and flexible to anyone's preferences.

So much faster than my previous computer with much much more storage. Good picture quality.

Great speedy laptop that performs very well. Everything loads in expedient fashion and the speakers are decent. The only downside is that the laptop runs hot with the fan constantly running. I had to purchase cooling pad to hopefully extend the life of the laptop.

Have previously had a laptop so transition from prior to this Dell was easy. It is narrower than my previous laptop as it does not have a side number keys, so I had to adjust my typing to a narrower keyboard. I definitely needed the GeekSquad add on. Well worth it for me. So glad I got it.

This Dell unit is fast with a good screen. Was surprised to find it does not have a built in numeric keypad, Pictures and material in product description don't address this.

It's almost perfect laptop for most of the needs. I've been using it for programming, office work, gaming, entertainment etc and I'm satisfied with what I got. What I wish could improve, battery life is not soo great (it's not bad btw but not super awesome), and a dedicated graphics would have been a huge plus..

Quality computer that is fast and versatile. I like that the screen folds all the way around to be more like a tablet when needed. This computer can handle everything I've thrown at it with the 32gb of RAM. Would recommend

The employee who helped me with my purchase was excellent, patient, and very helpful. The employee who helped me with checkout was also excellent and, in response to my question about whether the unit was at that point on sale, indicated that it was and gave me the refund. Never nice experience overall.

I recently purchased this laptop for a work and personal use. No complaints so far. I enjoy the touch screen aspect as it runs smooth. Running on Windows 11 helps. Would recommend this Windows PC
