Versatile. Can be used as a workstation, entertainment device, tablet and more. Love the large screen real estate in tablet mode. Currently no other 17.3" 2-in-1 being offered. Can get clumsy handling the machine because of size and weight but not a huge issue personally. I usually don't like bloatware but the Dell tools preinstalled have been helpful including driver update search, thermal settings, and battery management customization

I was a bit nervous about buying another computer even more so buying a computer that was over what I intended to spend! But, I do have to say the employees at best buy put my mind at ease. they we very knowledgeable about computers and had a lot of really great brands. the Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 touch screen laptop is so amazing!! there are soooo many cool features and plenty of memory for me to do everything I need and then some. this product is well worth the money and Best Buy is the absolute best place to get a computer.

This is one great 2-in-1 Laptop in every way, a Super Performer and great looker with that Silver case. The touch-screen and ability to use it as a tablet just adds to making this a very special unit! Best Buy was another important aspect to this purchase, offered a pick-up in store option or mail order. The exact unit I wanted was not available in stock in my closest store but at another location less than 20mi away wish was due able, however the 2 day delivery to the door was hard to pass up and my unit arrived on time and as expected. Absolutely perfect merge of two great companies Dell and Best Buy

It's a bit on the heavy side. Everything else is great. I'm a Mac person that still wanted a separate system for windows. Windows still feels old without much thought toward the end user but over all the laptop is nice though very heavy. Not something that you would want to carry around for an hour in tablet mode! Not much volume from the internal speakers. The touch screen is FANTASTIC! Choosing this over a laptop, YUP!

Simply the best laptop I have ever owned. I bought one for each member of the household! Can be used as place as a desktop if you don't mind a 17.3 inch screen, or a 512GB storage capacity. Higher end graphics card, 16GB rams handles most everything even while running virus software in the background. A bit on the heavy side 6lbs+ but this thing is solid and quality. Best laptop I have ever used. I am not a gamer so I cant comment on how well it works for that... For regular internet browsing and watching tv/streaming, and for business: this thing is superb!

This 2-in-1 touch screen is fantastic. It's very fast and super quiet. It boots up quickly so you're not wasting any time. The graphics are clear and colors precise.

This is my first time buying a Dell. I would like to say that I am very impressed so far. I did a lot of research before making the investment. I am starting college and needed to make sure that I had a great computer. I love that I can upgrade the memory. Wasn't really sure about getting a Solid State Drive but I got an extra external hard drive. So far everything is great and I am very satisfied. Still learning what this computer can do.

This is a really nice laptop...I had a 10 year old 17" Dell Inspiron that I loved using...It maxed out at 8GB of ram, and I'd upgraded the hard drive to an SSD last year...Saw this on sale and glad I did, great laptop with a much lighter chassis than the old huge brick I had...I wish the graphics card had more than 2GB of ram onboard, but I do more coding than gaming so it's not a major deal breaker...Same great Dell quality and upgradeable as well...I'm very happy..…..

I’ve had this computer for almost a year and so far it’s still going strong. The size is perfect for what I need, battery life is still going strong, no real problems with it. I was hoping to find a pencil that was compatible but this particular model doesn’t allow for it. I don’t think I have ever used the flip open feature. It has some quirks where it wants to enter recovery mode after the screen is closed.

I got this laptop because of recent events caused me to have to work from home. I had a laptop that i had been using for years but i grew frustrated due to the size of the screen. This laptop has officially made my life easier. Its so sleek and easy to use, the inches which makes it easy on the eyes, is the quality of the graphics are amazing, the keyboard is wide (numeric pad included on the side) which makes comfortable like using a standard desktop keyboard, its also touchscreen which is cool. Overall i love it

Very happy with this purchase. Fast processer, solid state hard drive for extremely fast access, touch screen. A great machine.

Would recommend for anyone that wants a Tablet and Laptop in one unit. Great for Video Conferencing and Live Streaming. Large Screen along with a Super Powerful Processor. Love it to pieces. The first one purchased had a processor fan issue but the Dell Diagnostics application immediately notified of the issue so I was able to return the defective unit and exchange it for another one right at the store and that one runs perfectly. Dell and Best Buy are my Goto Mfg and Retailer.. Wouldn't go anywhere else..

Love having the bigger screen. Better battery life then ever thought for a laptip this size, easy to use and no issues.

Had to send to Dell almost immediately for a faulty screen (just happened to be a defective part). Since I got it back it's been phenomenal for gaming, school, and everything else I need it to do. Amazing screen, incredible image quality. Does get very warm very quickly though because it vents through the hinge but I've never had any problems with it due to it being hot. Even while streaming things and playing games that were heavy on the system at the same time.

After a shaky start, the replacement computer works great. The optane memory makes startup faster than Apple. The touch screen also works well. We got a mouse, which is easier to manipulate than the touch pad. The only complaint is that the letters and numbers on each key are difficult to read in normal light.

This machine is amazing. Easy to use. Works great. Faster. Nice screen. Last generation in the processor.

This is the best computer I have ever purchased. It's super fast with so much storage. I work at home and usually have several applications and browsers up simultaneously, and the pc performs like a pro. It's super quiet, the speakers have great volume, and the back-lit keys give it an attractive look. I usually keep it plugged up, but when it's not it has good battery life. I would definitely purchase it again - I absolutely love it!

17 inch screen easy to see....fast with lots of latest features 2:1 notebook style nice addition

This computer exceeded my expectations. Very fast and powerful. At one point I was transferring files from one external hard drive to another back and forth and at the same time I was downloading videos. The computer never slowed down. I was able to open videos quickly. I could see the advantage of the 16 GB of Ram. Beautiful display. The 2 and 1 feature very cool. I only wish the hard drive had more than 512 GB. Very satisfied.
