Love the back-lit Keyboard, 17" Display and Numeric Keypad. Love that it has a 2TB Hard Drive + 256GB Solid State Drive. Fast Boot up and shut down.

We needed a new laptop and wanted to make sure it was sufficient for all of our day to day activities while traveling the country in a motorhome. We didn't want it too cumbersome but wanted good quality. This Dell has been great so far and meets our needs.

Upgraded to this laptop -- larger screen, faster CPU, bigger harddrives including a solid state drive -- am able to chromecast to the TV and still do my usual stuff.

The computer has a great fingerprint scanner. The processors are good, and the screen is OK. I can not lower the screen intensity to completely dark. There are several problems with WINDOWS 10 and non Microsoft apps.

This Laptop replaced our desk to PC and we are extremely happy with the new computer. We travel a lot and its great to bring it with us. Also, the Geek Squad helped transfer all our data without any issues

I got this computer so that I would have a lot of memory for many photos and the speed needed to keep up with my photo processing. That it does.

This is a good laptop. I don't game much so can't comment on the graphics card, but it is sufficiently fast. Wish it had more slots for upgrades, but you get a lot for the price.

Laptop has a RW CD and DVD drive, a SS drive and a conventional hard disk. Great features. It doesn't have touch screen capability but that isn't a feature we were looking for.

My last laptop lasted for 9 years. I wanted to jump into all that a laptop had to offer without breaking the bank and I believe this one was the right choice for me.

I love this lap top. The only negative thing is that it is very heavy and deep. It's good for a stationary laptop but I don't think I would want to move it too many times.

The drawback I had was the C drive is where my tax software must reside, I could not put the program on the C and the data on the D, so I returned it.

No problems here! Boots in about 30 seconds and handles some pretty heavy weight applications with no lag.

Got this to replace a business laptop that was a I5 can definitely see the performance with spreadsheets.

Checked online for the store with the laptop I wanted. When I got to the store, the salesperson had to look for a while to find it, but he did. Very nice staff, and I really like my new laptop.

Like this computer for its versatility and long battery life. One of its best features for me is that I can rip CDs without any external equipment.

I replaced a lenovo with this dell I should have sent this review a long time ago. I love it, It's still going strong

This is a great laptop for anyone who needs to use applications that require a lot of power. I use it with the Adobe suit and have no issues

Overall a very good laptop. I already had one and bought a second for my wife. I do wish that it had a faster (gigabit) Ethernet capability, but otherwise very happy.

I was totally impressed with the specs on this machine. First day noticed that the WIFI connection was very slow, checked connection speed on my other desktop to verify if the problem was my ISP or the new machine. Problem was the new Dell machine. EVERY update of the card and software was done. Contact with Dell tech support took 1.75 hours only to have them suggest a full RESET of a 2 day old computer! Took it back and exchanged it at BB. 2nd machine had the same wifi card speed issue, which is not a coincidence, took it back to BB. If you don't mind a very slow wifi (max speed 60mb) this would be a great machine for you.
