Bought this for working from home, but started having issues with the camera not working during video conferences and then the microphone stopped working completely. I liked the product besides those issues, but had to return it and go with something else.

I checked the startup settings, and it was factory set to overclock more than twice its recommended levels on the graphics card. Couldn't even change the setting. Do not buy.

It’s made of extremely cheap materials and was the slowest laptop I have ever purchased for my business or my personal use. Dell has cut every corner that they possibly could. From packaging to plugs and the computer itself

I tried resetting the battery as per your suggestions on other reviews and has not helped. I think Dell puts old batteries in their computers. My husband got one also and his has the same problems. Do not order this. Dell should be ashamed for having such poor batteries in brand new computers.
