I bought the laptop for my Freshman in High School and they love it. It is light, fast and it holds a charge. All I can ask for. Good laptop! You get what you pay for. It was not cheap but it does everything I expect it to do.

In January 2018 I purchased the Dell - XPS 2-in-1 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB Solid State Drive - Black, cost was $1430. What an excellent laptop. But unfortunately it met with an accident, went back to Best Buy to get teh same unit again but they no longer keep them so the Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 13.3" 4K Ultra HD Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD + Optane - Black was the best alternative available, cost $965. This was an emergency replacement, Geek Squad wanted a week to copy over data, highly disappointing. The Inspiron comes with a high specification, facst start up, good screen clarity, and SSD memory but the price difference is clear, fan and heat output much noisier, speakers have a lot of clicking, etc. To be fair, a lot of computer for the price but if you have the option, definitely purchase the XPS.

This seemed to be a wonderful computer. I bought it December 7, 2019, and in just 2 1/2 weeks it would not boot up. However, Dell sent me a box to return it for repairs. And even with the holidays on the 25th of December and the 1st of January,I got my computer back in about eight days, including the time it took them to ship me the box to send it back to them. Now, it is absolutely wonderful. Dell had to replace a circuit board. Ultimately, I’m quite happy. In 2016, I bought a 13.3 inch touchscreen, all in one, solid-state drive computer from Dell also went dead within a month. However, the 2016 replacement is still working wonderfully. As a matter fact, I still could’ve used my 2016 computer but I just wanted a new one. The 2019 computer is the same size screen, but the computer is smaller than the 2016 model. I wanted to upgrade to the pro version of windows 10, but now Microsoft wants twice as much as it cost three years ago and Dell also wants $199 to upgrade it to Pro. That upgrade fee is an absolute rip-off. So in review, I like the computer, Dell serviced it quite rapidly, Billing for pro windows 10 upgrade for $199 is a rip off. $99 is also thievery. But I guess Microsoft feels a need to gouge us since folks are preferring pad to computers.

I had been eyeing this laptop for about two weeks (after purchasing the i5 version) and then this one went on sale and I had to get it! I bought this for portability for use for my online grad classes. It is working very well. After carrying around a 15.6 inch, this feels like featherweight. It boots up quickly and opens apps quickly. I love that the stylus is included and it has a secure place for it. I’d definitely would recommend this laptop.

I purchased this computer for its speed and ability to write on the touchscreen. The only issue I had was when I updated the windows software. The software upgrade caused it to crash and not boot up so I had to have Geek Squad do a full restore after 2 days of owning it. My advice is to have Geek Squad upgrade it when purchased.

I love my Dell Inspiron 13 2 in 1. It versatile, light, fast and has great memory space.

Purchased this for my son going to college. Great little 2in1. Wonderful features and very fast.

Love the speed with which this computer runs. Love the design ,portability and the 4k screen is amazing.Very impressive .

The product has very good price and was the most acceptable from various options within 2 in 1 laptops/iPads. Still in the early stages of getting myself more aqauinted with most of it's features and I'm delighted with the experience sp far.

This is my one stop shop computer. I've been a mac fan for years and rather recently purchased a new MacBook... only to find out that a program that I need to use for one of my classes requires Microsoft. When I knew I needed to buy a non-mac, I wanted everything in one package and this thing is it for me. My mac has become my binge watching shows device and this Dell is my business center. It's super easy to get used to using. There are things I don't love about it, but those are mostly faults of Microsoft, rather than the device itself - neither Mac or PC is perfect. I carry this with me almost everywhere I go. I download ALL of my school work to it and have gotten apps to be able to write my notes directly into everything. The pen embedded in the case is so sweet! I'm a loser of all things - that definitely was the cherry on top for me.

I purchased this laptop to be used for my college classes/assignments that I’ll be doing. So far everything is great. The only issue that I have with it is that the fan would turn on at times when I wouldn’t be doing any “heavy duty” work.

It's a good laptop with decent specs. It would probably be best as a work space. However, the ventilation is rather poor. It can get very hot quite easily with strenuous use. The fans are fairly loud and do not cool the computer down quickly.

The computer came with so many factory problems that in less than a year I had to turn it in to DELL three times for repair. They removed the screen and later the mouse, the operating system worked worse and worse, the sound quality was terrible and it also extremely overheated. The worst thing is that I am not satisfied with the service received after the purchase, do not waste your money.

Its size is great. Wish it had more usb ports but i have an extender to allow more usb Also got a blue tooth number pad and love it I do bookkeeping so the number pad was important the blue tooth just added value

This is really nice all in one laptop.quilty 4k video great size.and fast.

I love the 2 in 1 capabilities, active pen + active pen storage compartment, and almost everything else about this laptop. The only issues I have are 1) short battery life, 2) lots of glare, and 3) subpar speakers.

After my previous Asus notebook malfunctioned, I found myself suddenly in the market for a new laptop. This Dell Inspiron 13 has exceeded expectations. It comes with a stylus that gets tucked into the spine of the laptop and it has a fingerprint sensor on the power button. Everything was designed neatly for a crisp and elegant appearance. Very fast laptop too!

Great laptop when you update the bios and firmware. Initially the fans was really noisy but update solved that. Its still runs hot so I wouldn't recommend keeping it a long time on your lap.

Meets all of my most discerning needs of speed, productivity and multitasking. Finish is amazing as well. Only knock is that it’s a little heavy which is only reason for the 4 instead of 5.
