Purchased 9/20/19 online, fantastic buy. Was $899, marked down to $399. For a laptop in the $400 range, it is hard to find 8gb, and 256gb. It has a lit keyboard, and is also a tablet. I prefer to only purchase HP, due to their reliability, etc., they never let me down.

I am very happy with my new laptop. I like the size, color. I like how it can be used as a tablet or laptop. U can use for finger and write on the touch screen.

Good battery life, keyboard is responsive, nice display. Only negative, wish it had more memory than the SSD provides.

I love the laptop and it is a great buy for the price aside from the battery life. To be honest, you cannot go anywhere without your charging cable or a power bank. I'm giving this 3 stars for that inconvenience since the whole reason for a laptop is to be mobile. It's hard to be mobile when your battery dies constantly. It also means you have to purchase another accessory (power bank).

My travel PC died just prior to leaving for an extended trip and I needed a laptop. Found this laptop in-stock which met my specifications. Never owned a Dell before and never had an AMD processor, so was very leery. But had limited choices and decided to chance this machine. Now I am back from travels where the laptop was rigorously used and tested. Everything worked better than I expected! No regrets at all on this buy. It performed flawlessly, quickly and the battery lasted several hours per charge. Yes, an excellent decision.

Very easy to set up and only took a few minutes and off we were to the world of computers. Installing programs was easy and speed of the lap top was perfect. I recommend it for everyone that needs a good computer.

I have the same problem that everyone else seems to have a problem with and that is the WiFi card seems to disappear frequently. I went in the device manager and disabled the "airplane mode switch" and so far it seems to fix this issue. But I have had a few hiccups here and there with having to restart the computer when the WiFi adapter card doesn't present itself.

After being sent home to work for over 3 months, I can honestly say I was very happy with this laptop. The size is just right for work or travel, and it kept up with my daily workload easily.

This laptop is small yet not too small. It seemingly does everything: acts like a tablet, a laptop, has a touch screen, you can add a monitor if you like, is solid state, holds a charge long enough and I am VERY happy with it.

Great size. Great options touch screen, keyboard, or mouse. Light in weight for the type of laptop I was looking for. Its a laptop what can I say. The price was in my range for I wanted to spend.

I've only had this laptop a week or so, but so far so good. The Ryzen 5 processor loads pages quickly, though the laptop itself takes longer than expected to "wake up" or turn on. The keyboard is comfortable and the trackpad has the right sensitivity. I have always been more comfortable using a mouse, so I also recently bought my first bluetooth mouse, and it connected to the laptop smoothly and within 30 seconds. I'm not a computer geek and can't speak to specific components, but it fits my personal and school-related needs just fine. I would rate it a 4.5 if I could, just because of the excessive time it takes to turn on, but overall I would recommend it, and I'm happy with my purchase.

Dell Inspiron 13. Like the convenience of the size. Only concern is battery life is short.

I was looking for a work, 2-in-1 laptop that was lightweight and could perform. Very happy with this purchase.

On/off button very awkward; sound quality poor; needs more than 2 UPC ports; touch screen sensitivity inconsistent; very heavy. But despite my criticisms I like the computer and its keyboard and already have converted all files and applications. Still getting used to Win 365 features, thankful for One Drive space. Purchased a 2T Seagate for backup/security. Seagate documentation poor.

This laptop is fast and easy to work with. I had to use it to replace my desktop when my office was unavailable. Did everything I needed. Touch screen is great too.

I bought this for my teenage daughter. She loves it. I am very happy with the battery life and durability. It’s surprisingly fast, too. The specs are great for the price.
