I love this laptop, it is lightweight and so easy to use. Keyboard has the right touch balance.

The specs and computer seem good for the price. The WIFII stopped working after 3 days and they couldn’t fix It. They have me a new one. So far 1.5 weeks in and all is doing well. Need to wait and see

I'm having a little trouble with the learning curve from a desktop pc to a laptop, but I'll get there. I have confidence in myself. I like the convenience of being able to take my computer with me; it's not limited to just my bedroom/office in my home. All the rest will come with time. I've learned bookmarks, for one thing. I never needed them before so I never learned how to use them. I love the touchscreen. I know there will be other things.

I use Dell computers at work, so I decided to give this one a try. I love the portability of this and think I will appreciate the two in one tablet feature once I get used to it. I am starting to travel frequently, and this will be great for the plane!

Touch screen is very cool. It’s kinda heavy for a laptop but the functionality is great.

Laptop was fast and a good deal. My laptop had a wifi issue which best buy fixed upon return.

This is a great laptop for those needing a smaller, thinner, and lighter laptop to travel around with. The keyboard backlight is a great feature along with the SSD hard drive. I've usually had the Intel chips with other laptops but the AMD Ryzen chip in this laptop seems to be solid/efficient. Very happy with this purchase and recommend.

Good price, quality build, great touch screen & amazing features!

I wanted a lighter laptop and have been very impressed with th is Dell for carrying on planes and while travelling. It's fast and unbelievable battery life compared to my Sony VAIO. And the sale price couldn't be beat. Both of the Best Buy sales people who waited on me were very knowledgeable and answered every question. I'm very satisfied with both this Dell laptop and BB service/pricing.

Purchased and returned the laptop the next day. I tested the laptop to see if I would get a BSOD. It never crashed which was great. I updated Windows and noticed it was slow to download. I tested the speeds under both bands and the 2.4ghz was half of what I should get. I updated the wifi driver to see if it was a simple fix but the problem remained. When using the 5ghz band I did get the speeds provided by my ISP. If just using the 5ghz then it shouldn't be a problem for you. It also gets a little hot more when in tablet mode. I do recommend this laptop but I am a little picky. I know switching wifi bands takes a few seconds but not good for me.

I had this laptop for only 4 months now. I was so happy because this was a huge upgrade from my old laptop. It's been amazing until earlier this week. It just started having blue screens and it crashes for NO REASON now. I have taken such good care of this laptop and now these issues are happening more frequently. I may even get a blue screen writing this review, I'll be lucky if i don't. It's a great laptop, but these blue screen issues and the constant crashing/restarting on it's own is UNACCEPTABLE for the price! I don't know if it's too late to get this replaced or switched out.

Great for college! Works well. Thin easly too carry around fast bootup.

This laptop is perfect for what I need. It's small, speedy, and can handle quite a bit. It doesn't really heat up when I use it and I can play simple games like Minecraft and Terraria on it. I haven't tried anything else, but the screen is absolutely gorgeous. The colors are vivid and it feels so crisp. The touchpad has a good texture, but I had to adjust the speed a bit because it goes too fast for me. I use it for school work, browsing, Netflix, casual gaming, and hoarding tabs on. I do wish that I got the 12GB Memory, but it was out of my budget (expensive) and I could always figure out how to upgrade this one in the future. It is a little slippery with the grip on the bottom, but if you're careful you should be okay.

I am very happy with this laptop. I love the speed, size and reliability of it.

The computer overall is a good buy. It serves my need and the touch screen is a plus. I had one issue with the computer shutting down and I think it was it needed windows 10 update. Other than that it has been fine.

Purchased this laptop as a gift for our commuting college student. This laptop travels back and forth daily and gets a lot of use! He is working on 2 majors: neuroscience and medical biology and 2 minors: nutrition and chemistry, and it does all he needs to get the job done. We recommend this laptop for school, work and home use.
