I didn't think I'd like the tablet functionality (had always used traditional laptops before this), but I use it all the time now. It can run quite hot at times, which is a bit worrisome.

My deciding factor was the price. The only thing I do not like is how hot the laptop gets. My other laptop, a HP, I could leave plugged in for a longer period of time and not worry about it heating up so hot and possibly causing a fire.

I spent weeks looking for the perfect laptop, and this Dell Inspiron is everything I hoped it would be. Very light, extremely fast (no doubt due to the 8th Gen i5 CPU and solid state drive), and looks great. Best laptop I ever purchased!

Well made mid-end laptop, 2-full size USB ports, keyboard feel is nice, I'm not a fan of touch-pad so don't care if it is nice or not. I don't even care to be the 2-n-1 laptop. For the weight, the Microsoft Surface is still the king.

This sleek and sturdy laptop impressed me with its great speed and its versatile use - converting to a notepad configuration. I found this computer made it easy to transition from Windows 7 to 10. I am very happy with its performance.

Laptop does pretty much what I was looking for. The battery life is kind of concerning since it doesn’t last as long as advertised. Just something to watch before the warranty expires.

I love this computer. It’s super lightweight and easy to carry. Only issue I have with it is that it overheats very easily. I will be surfing the Internet and it heats up badly.

Got this for my wife who needed a new rig. Great value. Lots of power and punch. Good battery. She uses it as a basic computer so no high flyin' stuff. Great wifi connections. Handles videos and yutube type stuff smoothly. Easy set up. Ample storage. Best Buy was great; fast shipping. Not loaded with a lot of garbage-ware. Quick boot up. Only a trial version of MS Office which worked fine, but had to buy the stand alone version for her, an added expense. She doesn't use the flip feature so can't comment much on that other than it worked fine with the initial test after receiving it. Would recommend it for run of the mill, everyday computer use. Light weight and easily lugged around. A huge improvement over her previous HP. Give it a shot.

So far this laptop has been great and it's really nice and fast for what I need it for. Only downfall I see so far is battery doesn't look like it last too long if used alot in one day.

I'm looking forward to getting to know more about the laptop. The touchscreen and drawing capabilities. My immediate needs are all pretty tactical so I haven't played around too much.

Have had Dell since 80’s-the changes over time have been awesome. Touch screen & sync with iPad are a plus & surprise on a laptop. Only trouble has been me, having moved from Windows 7 to Windows 10! I shall overcome! !

Purchased a Dell 2-1 (first time purchaser of Dell product) and love the ease of using this laptop. Traveled with it out of state (personal & business) and was really great to not lug around a full size laptop.

I have been using this for a while for school assignments with light weighted programming and it’s been performing very well. The reason I didn’t rated 5 is that the power cable failed on me and every replacement I bought from Bestbuy and Amazon is not charging the battery so G.Squad staff told me today that Dell has installed chip so their power cable only charges the battery. Even Bestbuy does not care the replacement. That is a bummer but I love my laptops and am ordering from Dell directly now which cost over 5X than the other replacement in the market out there.
