I purchased both the 15.6" and 17" 7000 series laptops. Upgraded from an old HP running Vista. HP has been a great computer since the day I purchased it. That being said what an upgrade moving to these two Dells. Faster, lighter, longer battery life...much more. Time will tell on durability but the quality of the build seems excellent.

This is a great laptop for the average computer user. I use it for basic internet, word processing, and my Silhouette. It does everything I need, does it all fast, and has a great battery life. This probably isn't great for a gamer, but then again, you can't expect to get a gaming PC for under $1500.

I bought this to replace my Surface Pro 2. While I loved how tiny the surface pro was, the charging port was terrible. For this laptop to be a smidge bigger it is still very light to carry around, love the touchscreen and how you can flip it and turn it into a tablet. I tried searching for a stylist to pair with it, but have not found one compatible with good reviews so that would be the only con for this laptop. Otherwise, I love it. The battery life and charger are perfect considering I was used to fighting with my surface pro cable to get it to charge for almost 30 minutes It has a very sleek and slim design in my opinion and deff perfect for a college student or high school student to use

Very happy with my Dell. Went with the solid state hard drive 256 GB. Quick and light, 13.3 " screen. Didn't want a bulky computer since I take it back and forth from home to work. The 2 in 1 feature and the touch screen are comvient.

Great for what it is. The i5 7200 is a 2 core cpu (my desktop I built is an i7 4790k with a 1070ftw) so I am used to that power house but for just school it's great same thing with the battery life. BUT DELL INSTALLS A LOT OF JUNK even if you reset the pc it stays on...

It's a great laptop! I'm a college student and this laptop helps with all my needs. The customer service was excellent and he helped me find the right one for me. He also helped me get a really good deal on it to.

Very quite laptop. Sleek design and excellent performance. Converted the menu from windows 10 to windows 7 and it works even better. I could not find one reason to criticize this machine. Way to go Dell.

Pros -nice build, stylish, great speed, not loud/no fan sound, light weight, display nice, facial recognition, not bulky/good size not too big not too small, slim, good for professional work setting or even casual use. Nice lit keyboard with light adjustment. Eye catching amongst the rest on display at best buy. Both kinds of USB ports, HDMI, SD card reader (you can see on Best Buy images) Cons -nothing really, I can see why very few of these reviews might have an issue with the trackpad/mousepad, maybe that it could be a little better (like a smoother response) but honestly I really don't think it's a sufficient enough reason to not buy the laptop because I'd still give it 4.5/5 stars.

So far this has been the best laptop we have ever owned. Bought it for the size and portability for my wife. She loves every function of it and has been using it in her work. Great product.

This computer is a breeze to use because of its touch screen response which is very fast. It is light-weight to carry. I really like the 2 USB ports that it offers.

I needed something lightweight to carry around since my old laptop died and I was tired of just having my PC or my iPhone. This laptop has worked out great so far!

I have had limitedb use so far, but have found the size perfect. Screen, Kybd and connections great. My biggest issue with this Dell is the supersensity of the pad that causes many unintended jumps

I needed a light weight replacement for my 17 inch HP. This was perfect. The display is crystal clear and bright. The solid state drive starts up immediately.

For a person like me the laptop is excellent. the touch screen is also good and with pre installed windows 10 the laptop was very easy to configure and use

Love this laptop. Not only is it easy to use and set up, but there are options for a notebook and the size and sleek design make it very easy to take along on appointments and when I travel.

This computer has great specs, runs perfectly fine no issues with it. Been looking for a laptop for a long time and when I came across this I loved it.

When I came into Best Buy to buy my laptop, many tried to help me with trying to find out which laptop would be good for my major (computer science) and concluded that this laptop is where my money should go. I would see the other expensive laptops and I was told this laptop does the exact same and if not, even more for less. They were right! I'm completely satisfied, love my laptop, and although the camera quality isn't pitch perfect that's what I have my phone for. Completely recommend it to anyone, even for an engineering major. Worth the money all the way.

Great for college. Can easily adjust to write or type on the touch screen. screen rotation fast and easy. very slim easy to fit in a book bag.

This laptop hasn’t had any problems so far and I use it often because I am in college. It is fast and has a lot of cool options to use.

I needed computer power on the go and got it with this Dell. It helped that it was a returned open box item that someone returned, saving me a few bucks there too
