Computer uploads data quickly. Sometimes has problems playing online videos, skips or locks up. Quick processor, good for data, could use upgraded video card.

I choose this laptop for the touch screen and pen. I love both. Fast and reliable.

I bought this 2&1 for work. I work both from home and an office and I've hp laptops in the past. Dell was recommended to me by several techies who understood what I was looking for. They were right! The touchscreen monitor is my favorite feature and I like the tablet mode too. I liked this machine so much I bought a second one for a new hire and will continue to buy these as my go to.

This dell is powerful, light , has long battery life and is very functional. Has windows ink that other pricier computers don't have and is more durable

I bought this laptop to store pictures and video. Not a fan of Windows 10 but Dell makes a nice product.

I bought this for my mom to watch movies on a few months ago and it has been great so far. It was super easy to setup and we have no issues thus far.

This laptop running great and no issue so far. Get little warm but not too bad. Does have a fan noise when perform heavy tasks. Overall good deal.

Great little laptop for the price. Really quick with the 7th-gen i5 and SSD, and the 1080p screen is great to have at this price point. The colors can look a little washed out and there is some backlight bleed on dark images, but overall it's very usable. Only other downside is some bloatware that comes pre-installed, but that's easy to get rid of. Battery life is solid, around 7-8 hours of casual use. USB-C charging is a great plus!

Purchased laptop for my daughter for school. She absolutely loves how versatile it is. It is lightweight and not bulky so fits easily into her backpack along with everything else she has to carry since they don't have lockers at her school. We also purchased a stylus to go with it and works great with the pre installed program to take notes on.

Love the ease of the touchscreen and the processor is fast. Also it's a great price!

It is easy to navigate. Easy to use The lights under the keyboard are a plus. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This was a good price for the standard comparables-- hard drive, ram, touchscreen. Cpu. The thing that stood out was the solid feel of construction which translates for me to durability which is needed for a college kid. I have bought other laptops that were powerful but no well constructed. All the power is useless if part of the keypad doesn't work or the screen ....

Love the touch screen when I'm traveling - much easier than a finger pad. Screen is easily magnified making it easy to actually read the smaller screen. Battery life is good. I love the speed of the diskless start up, but you do have to watch how many large files you keep on the laptop. Another great Dell!

Purchased for my daughter her Junior yr in HS. Computer has everything she needs for school and has not had any problems in over 6 months.

This is my 1st foray into the laptop arena; I've always had desktops for the home office. I use this computer for work, which means that I create documents (I bought Office 365), do research, and watch the occasional video. So far, the machine meets my needs. The battery doesn't last me a full work day, but it does charge quickly and has not become an issue.

Fast, reliable, sleek build. This laptop has changed my life, on downs is I wish the power cord was sleeker.
