    This laptop is the ideal touch screen for students on the go. I must admit that I wasn't sure that this would be a good replacement for my desktop until I took the time to really check it out. It's a mini power packed device that will deliver when called upon. The only problem is finding a internet security software that will allow it to flow unrestricted, other than that I'm satisfied with my purchase which was a bargain deal of the day.

    I recently purchased a new Dell computer Inspirion 13 7000.It is the most inspiring and interesting Computer I owned.You don't have to wait for startup so many things you can do with it.I haven't found they all out yet.At my age 75 its hard to learn new things but this computer makes it easy its compact navigation its so easy.I am very happy with this new Dell.

    Good but bad habit?

    I got this laptop about a month ago, maybe more. At first it was great, very smooth and all. But now, my audio is making this cracking sound when I play YouTube or something. The fan is extremely loud and embarrassing with just 3 tabs open. Maybe a 2 weeks ago, this would have been a 5 star, but this laptop is already giving me problems in this short period of time.

    Loud Fan

    I wish this laptop would have worked out. I got it during student deals and it seemed like a great laptop for the deal. The only issue with this laptop was the fan. It was extremely loud. So loud that it could be heard across the room. Other than that it worked fine. However I could not get the fan to quiet down and I could not deal with the noise. I returned the laptop.

    Decent Laptop for Normal Use

    I purchased this laptop by looking into its sleek design and look. However using it for 3 weeks now, I can say that the FHD screen does not do justice to this laptop. The screen first blurs out and then it gets better in 5-10 secs which is a bit frustrating some time. Also the plastic material used in the border of this laptop is also not that great. It’s a decent buy for normal use provided you get a good deal for this laptop.

    Bought this after trading in my 17" Lenovo that was in part a gaming laptop. My last two laptops have been 17" so this little machine is quite a departure. It's so portable and light I dont mind taking it everywhere with me which really helps with work. It's also super quiet and the battery lasts all day for normal processing. I would highly recommend as an everyday use work laptop

    Hard drive issues

    Bought this computer for my son for college, he's had it just over a year and the hard drive is gone and needs to be replaced. Of course it's out of warranty now so we have to pay for a new hard drive. So much for a solid slate hard drive, first computer I bought with this and only computer to have the hard drive crash! Never again!

    I am totally enjoying my new Dell laptop. It is a perfect size and weight, with a screen big enough for me to easily see while being manageable to use as a tablet. The keypad touch is good and allows me to type with the speed I like. I also like the touchscreen capability. I’m still learning all the features but am really happy with this purchase so far!

    Upgraded from a laptop which had half as much RAM so that I could better manage my workload in the cloud. This laptop is so much quicker to load everything, and I can switch between windows with no delay! The touchscreen is responsive and super handy when I don't have access to a mouse or lots of room to play with the touchpad. The keyboard is comfortable, and the screen is nice and bright. Glad I made the switch!

    This computer is thin and sleek. I found it to work a lot smoother and faster than the Dell I purchase with a Ryzen 7. I didn’t like the use of the fingerprint to access the computer and preferred the facial recognition on the Ryzen 7. However, this computer had a faulty battery out of the box. After reading some reviews about bad battery life and having this happen, I returned it for another computer.

    This computer is exactly what I was looking for. Great speed. The solid state drive is super fast in getting started. The size is ideal for using the computer any where. The 2-in-1 feature is great when you need a tablet type screen. The touch screen really comes in handy quite often. I think it was the best computer for the price to meet all of my needs.

    I was shopping for just a basic home use laptop on sale. This open box Dell had a lot of memory and the speed I was seeking. To top it off this laptop has the flip feature to use as a tablet. All at a great price. Even the minor scratches indicated were very minimum and not easily spotted. Very pleased with the service and the product knowledge from department employees

    After carefully researching computers for beginning high-school students, I selected this Dell product for my granddaughter, who is a high-school freshman. Her college-student brother added his advice, also. She was really pleased with the size of the computer, the various functions, the speed with which it work, all in all, she loves it! I’ve heard not one complaint, and hope it lasts a long time!

    Fast with touchscreen and was on sale! I usually don’t get dell but this is a great little laptop,with I5 and ssd. Really needed something for traveling. Best Buy had this computer for 150.00 off. Very small and compact with 13 inch screen but very bright!

    I spent a lot of time looking for a light 2-1 laptop that still had a powerful processor and would not break the bank. This Dell Inspiron is just what I was looking for. The 8th Gen i5 processor provides the power and still has a long battery life. I do wish that the laptop had a full size SD card reader and more USB ports, but overall I have well pleased with this laptop.

    Screen separation - hinge Inspiron 13 7000 Serie2

    I bought a Dell Inspiron 13 (7000 Series 2-in-1) from Cary, NC near the beginning of 2017. While this is a 2-in-1, its use has been almost exclusively as a laptop with great care all through. The screen has started to separate near the right hinge. The left hinge seems to be holding on but the right hinge has got some play. Would appreciate any suggestions?

    Bought an open box Pc which was in fair condition. After 2 week of use the lcd start flickering and after a month the flickering increased. Had to get intouch with Dell customer service and now have to ship it to them they will take about 10 business day. And for some reason I couldn’t browse internet using chrome even after I reset the PC.

    Dell is a brand name you can always trust. This laptop is lightweight, functional and converts to a tablet for even more ease in use. The setup was quite easy to follow. Downloading the MS Office suite from the Best Buy portal was also easy to accomplish. I really like the battery life and how easily the laptop fits into my purse for using on the go.

    This relatively small laptop is easy to travel with, has a beautiful screen, and a nice keyboard. I love the touch screen, as well as the ability to flip the keyboard backwards to hold the screen as a (large) tablet. What I don't like is the battery life. It's terrible! Maybe 4 hours max. This is also a relatively heavy small laptop - definitely not a Macbook Air!

    Good laptop. But watch for the sales. I first saw it during one sale but didn't act fast enough. When it went on sale again, I snapped it up for $50 less and patted myself on the back for waiting. Then a month later, it was on sale again for yet another $50 less. If this keeps up, in 12 months it should be free.
