I've purchased two of these laptops. Our employees are very pleased with them. We did upgrade them to Win 10 PRO. Overall very happy.

I have long been frustrated by Dells with work, and am a long time Mac user. So I was reluctant to consider Dell for my daughter' computer. There was a Dell rep in Best Buy the day we went, and she did good job of demonstrating that it was just right for our needs. 5 months later, my daughter enjoys it every day for school, lots of media streaming, and some video editing. Great size for toting around.

It runs very fast for the price. I works and connects very well with the WiFi at work and school.

Best deal at Best Buy only. Best laptop for price for anyone except for high end video or photo editing. It simply does the job without any lag whatsoever. Its zippy. 123.. done. Best for those running on tight budget. Screen is good for most of routine work. Battery life could be better, but it is great for the price you pay for. This one is exclusive for Best Buy from Dell. Overall satisfied.

This computer works great, it's easy to load software, fast and light. The mousepad is easy to use unlike some other brands.

This 2 in 1 is light and portable. It's easy to switch from laptop to tablet mode.

The i7 processor makes the computer really fast and excellent for streaming videos

I was looking for this configuration for a long time, with a competitive price. The laptop performance is awesome.

purchased a similar model last year. this one is more powerful and has a flip screen. great choice, but not cheap.

1st let me say I am happy with the Inspiron now. When I got the laptop home and set it up the touch screen did not work. I called Dell support. Their recommendation was to bring it back to Best Buy and have it replaced. If I sent it to them it would be "at least a month" before I got it back. In frustration, I searched the Dell site only to find 14 recommended updates (one was critical). I ran the updates and... the touch screen started to work. Next, the screen did not rotate when opening the screen into tablet mode. Back to the internet (I choose to skip Dell support this time). I found the solution and now everything works fine. I am now very happy with the product - just hope I don't need Dell support for anything. I would recommend this to a friend as long as we discussed the issues/solutions in advance. I have no problem with needing to upgrade Bios, install updated drivers, etc. I just wish Dell support would have guided me there in the first place. I currently run three monitors as well as the laptop screen and all seems to work fine.

Wish it had a 10 key pad. Other then that, love the touch screen.

This was a good laptop for the price. 1080p screen, 13", good size RAM, up-gradable SSD and RAM, good keyboard travel. I did not like the trackpad. It feels very sandy under my finger, not as good as glass. A bit heaver than I would like for a 13" Had to return mine because the screen will not rotate under tent mode. The BB tech said that the accelerometer is stuck.

I liked the size of this laptop. It would be really convenient for someone who will port it to universities.
