    12 G memory, almost-instant bootup, so far extremely reliable. Little if any junkware pre-installed. Con: keyboard is cramped - I am getting use to it.

    Overall this laptop works well. I've had one significant and one minor issue. The USB-C port, which we were using for charging, has failed and doesn't work for data or charging anymore. This may be due to rough handling, but the port is a little delicate. Also, when using the touch screen in laptop mode, the screen wobbles back and forth. Otherwise it's pretty good.

    I always look for blue label computers. It eliminates computers I'm not interested in. Really fast boot time. Works great and am completely satisfied.

    On/Off switch is on the side. It is easy to accidentally hit the switch and turn the computer off.
