For the most part, this is a great laptop that has treated me well. I only have two minor complaints: one of the first times I used the laptop in tablet mode, one of the hinges between the screen and the keyboard shifted. All this means is that when I move it between laptop and tablet mode, sometimes the screen is angled a little funny and I have to toggle with the hinge a bit to get it right (it’s never been perfect again). The only other thing is that I’ve had to buy a new charger twice. Not a huge deal, and probably a fluke or one of the outlets I used or something, but it’s something to mention. Otherwise, it’s a great laptop! Love the touchscreen capabilities.

Wanted an upgraded laptop at a cost less than $1000 just for travel purposes. This model fits the bill with good speed and facility of usage and it fits my my size criterion of not being too big to carry. I'm satisfied!

I looked at several laptops and settled on this one. This has a pretty good amount of RAM, and fast hard drive with greatgreat battery life. The price point is good for a mid to high performance laptop with touchscreen

Excellent laptop, very fast and very responsive. Shuts off and turns on in less than 30 seconds...and it is a very light laptop. I liked the facial recognition feature which allows me to log in to windows without typing passwords...and I like that the keyboard is back-lit.

Hard to evaluate because I am still learning the new software. Seems to be running great and is very fast. I have had no problems! Love the size and it is very light weight. So far I would highly recommend it.

This laptop is lite, fast, has a great keyboard and a crystal clear display. The WIFI works very well. No complaints at all. It's the first Dell laptop I've owned so it was somewhat a risk. I had already purchased a Lenovo laptop which was a total disappointment.

I return the samsung laptop and brought this dell top, and I'm so happy!! It's fast, great speakers, backlight, volume button on the side and other great things. Its not as light as samsung laptop or has their graphics, but I still love it, happy with my purchase.

My daughter has been using her new laptop non-stop since she got it. It works great from her writing a story, watching videos or movies, surfing the net, etc. She absolutely loves that it folds over and works as a tablet also. Very easy for her to learn to use.

I mostly use my laptop at a single location at home, but I like the size that makes it easy to bring along. The battery life is great. The screen is very bright and easy to read. Performance is excellent. Setup was a breeze. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Got this laptop to replace a older Lenovo laptop that was running at a snail pace. the specs on this dell - i7 processor coupled with the 12gb and 256 ssd drive yielded a 10 second boot up time into the windows 10 home screen. Wow!

The laptop is great for your day-to-day things like internet browsing and microsoft office applications. I did try some Python coding and it was fine. I gave a 4 because the battery life seems to be only around 4 hours. The power pin connection is also not very sturdy.

This went on sale and i purchased 1. It's packed with an i7 intel and SSD and 12GB of RAM! I really wanted to get another but the sale was over. The touchscreen makes it very easy to use b/c i don't like the touch pad as much.

Using this laptop is easy and Microsoft finally fixed all the issues with Windows 10. Is worth getting if you're looking into a new laptop plus the option of turning the screen to use as tablet makes it even better.

I bought this computer to use for my classroom. It is very user friendly, I love the touchscreen, and I would recommend it to any teacher for classroom materials.

I am loving the computer. I have had it for a month. The touchscreen responds well. I love the speakers on the computer. Taking notes on my computer has been seamless

This laptop is a solid replacement for my first generation Surface. As most reviews indicate, the keyboard is the top feature. It feels good and responds well. Touchscreen is responsive as well. It's not light, but not heavy. It doesn't get too warm when using but the fan is on the bottom. Some of the graphics and pop up boxes are aged looking, but the machine runs well. The major downfall is the battery life; it needs to be charged usually by hour 8. Stylus is a nice touch, but don't use it very frequently. Overall I am happy with my purchase. First Lenovo and have had it about 3 weeks.

I bought the laptop primarily for work. It is lightweight and convenient to take to any job site. Although my phone and laptop don't "talk" with each other, it serves its purpose. I haven't tried the tablet yet.

All terrain laptop: super powerful, tons of RAM and a solid state drive. Ready to run demanding programs. Never used it for gaming but I guess will manage several games in a standard resolution.
