Great laptop. Very fast turning on, handles multiple internet browsers at the same time. I have not done any word processing or stored much on it yet, but so far it has worked very well.

Really nice laptop. With such a seamless processor.

The network card is junk. I was a week late in return window before finding this out. I have much older laptops that have no issues with the same network connections against which this one fails miserably.

Computer is good and a decent value if on sale. We had some issues with the windows install the required several factory resets which was frustrating but it worked in the end.

Everything is good to the "Inspiron" grade , except the weight is 3.46 , would be great and 5 starts if it weight around the 3 lb.

Great laptop. Has occasional sound driver issues but overall very fast with nice display.

This machine is fast and easy to use. I upgraded from a chromebook and this is a major upgrade. I got it on sale, so that was a plus, but even at regular price, I would be comfortable purchasing this Dell again.

There are not mouse buttons on this laptop, which wouldn't be an issue if the mousepad were super sensitive, but it isn't, so it tends to be a bit challenging to use the laptop without constantly touching the screen. The keyboard is also not super sensitive. I do like though that there is a video camera on only one side though because most of my previous laptops have had both sides which doesn't sound like a problem until you are virtual interviewing and somehow accidentally switch camera directions and the interviewees are now looking at your laundry.

Previous laptop died after 5 yrs and limited options for immediate delivery / pickup. This is worth the price as it was on sale, Battery life seems avg for the new lithium laptops. I did like that it didn't have tons of bloatware on it. The OS, Microsoft office and other programs still take up about 100GB of 500GB. Not a Windows 11 fan, but that isn't Dell's fault.

It is a excellent product. Very fast as it should according to the characteristics. 14 inches is the best size for laptops in my opinion. The touch screen is awesome.

This was the answer to our prayers! We bought two on the spot because the price was right and had everything we needed. Solid construction was important because they're for my kids. Crisp screen image with convenient touch capability sealed the deal.

I purchased this for my daughter to use in college. She has good experience. Initially lot of pop up was coming again and again. Then we visited BB geek support they were very helpful to fix the issue just by turning off notifications.

This laptop is awesome. It has everything my daughter needs. She is very happy with it. Easy to use and easy to travel with. No complaints.

So far, laptops have worked great and setup was easy. Like the smaller style, keyboard is smooth when typing and over all love the look/feel of it.

Overall all good except when i had to reboot because i did not havecthe security code.
