I needed a new computer, wanted a 2-1 but they were SOOO out of my meager budget. I searched for months. Something drew me to best buy on Monday, and I found my dream machine for SO much less. AND THE 2-1 for under 425.00 i7, iris graphics xe, 512gb, 16gb RAM ... I was so excited. The young sales guy, Sam, was awesome. I use design software, it was taking 2 hours on my desktop to make a simple change. In two days, for all my work done, website up and revamped. It's a work horse.

Definitely on the lighter side, which is absolutely perfect. I adore the fact that it comes with the touchscreen and it’s so perfect. Easy to navigate, the OS is quick, and the sound that comes from the default speakers is top notch. Will always recommend this brand.

This sleek and stylish device not only caught my attention with its elegant Platinum Silver design, but it also impressed me with its impressive specifications and performance. With its formidable processing power, multitasking and resource-intensive tasks become a breeze. Whether I was editing photos, running demanding software, or streaming high-definition videos, the laptop delivered excellent speed and responsiveness without any noticeable lag.

The laptop has an Intel Core i7-1255U which is a high-end mobile CPU released this year and includes an integrated Xe Graphics G7 graphics card and 16gb or ram. While the card is almost twice as fast as the previous version, it should still be set for lower graphic and resolution settings in higher end games. The laptop is thin and light weighing in at about 3.5 pounds and is 0.7” thick. It has a 14” (1920x1200) WUXGA screen. The ports include a card reader, USB 3.2-A, (2) 3.2 USB-C (1 for charging), and HDMI along with a 3.5mm headphone jack. The audio is Waves MaxxAudio® Pro and the laptop has 4 speakers Additional features are a fingerprint reader and a camera privacy screen. The battery life is acceptable, but I would consider it an “all day” battery. The longest I’ve been able to use it for standard use is about 4 – 6 hours. The touch pad is responsive, but I wish there was tactile feedback. The touchscreen is works very well and the colors are vibrant. The keyboard has 2 backlit levels in addition to “off”, and the keyboard can be seen more clearly in the daylight with the backlight off. There is room for improvement in the webcam and general build quality. The speed is more than adequate for everyday personal, family and business use, but it’s not a gaming laptop. The fan is quiet no matter how much load is on the processor, and the bottom of the laptop stay cool.

Got a Dell so that it would ensure it worked on my existing USB-C docking station - can just disconnect work computer on weekends and connect this one. So far proving faster and sustaining longer battery life than my work computer. Touch screen is great strange going back to my office machine on workdays and accidentally touching the screen that isn't a touchscreen.

Perfect laptop for home and school. I use this laptop for everyday to surf the internet, prepare report, write papers and email. It is fast, light weight and sleek. It has the Intel Core i7 operating system and touch screen capability. It will work for anyone needing to stay current with these changing times in the I T world. great buy!

A power packed machine with sleek design!. No flaws and works like a charm. This laptop comes with preinstalled apps and all of it works seamlessly!. The processor definetly makes a big difference. The touchscreen is a plus. The keyboard is sleek and looks fancy!. The color is perfectly blended. Overall a very happy high schooler using the same for all cool projects.

This laptop is very nice. It has it all and no lag. It’s like a macbook but with touch screen and a Mac can’t turn into a tablet like this one can. The speakers could be better and I have not experienced any overheating from the laptop

Have had this laptop for over 6 months and am very please with my purchase. The battery lasts a long time, fast processing time, and the screen/image quality is great. It's great for both work and personal use.

I'm thrilled with my new Dell 14" Inspiron 2 in 1 laptop. The touchscreen is amazing! Beautiful display screen with superior speed and battery life! I highly recommend this for anyone looking to buy a new laptop.

Very pleased with the machine and the touch screen is awesome. I would have bought an Apple machine if their laptop offered the touchscreen but that’s available only in the smaller tablets.

After using the laptop for almost two weeks I can say it is very good. Start-up is quick since it has an SSD. The i7 12th gen, SSD, and 16GB ram make the laptop quick to use. The screen is beautiful but I do have a problem with glare. From my experience, the battery life lasts 5-6 hours with just watching videos and browsing the internet so I would definitely recommend that you bring the charger with you if you are going to be using it for longer than 5-6 hours. Storage is good and not much of a problem since I could store stuff in the cloud or on a flash drive. I could also run programs on an external SSD if needed. Windows 11 has been good to be so far. I like the new design and features. My productivity with windows 11 is much better. I have been loving the 2-in-1 part of this laptop. Makes watching content nice since the display can be closer to you and the speakers aren't being muffled by soft materials like beds since the speakers are facing upwards with the display being towards you and the keyboard face down. Battery last really long touch screen is perfect and the backlight on the keyboard is essential! Runs reallu fast picture is great had it for a couple of weeks and honestly have no complaints.

I use it for work and pleasure. Very good battery life, very fast, excellent machine in every way. It could be lighter, though.

This laptop is fantastic! I love that it iso lightweight, runs fast ,and has so much memory. I also like using it as a tablet. Great computer for the money!

For the price this laptop was worth every penny. When went to pick out a laptop i wasnt sure which one would be right for me, for what i wanted it to do and cost. The guy at Best Buy that was working in that department took me straight to this laptop and exsplained everything i needed to not only know why this one would be the best one but why some of thee others wouldnt be the best choice. Not that the other laptops were bad but for whay i wanted it to do and to.get the best for the amount i was gonna spend he said this one would be perfect and i have to admit, it is perfect. I play so.e games.on it but also use it for education and my bussiness. Is very easy to use, its durable and i have had any issues with it at all. THANK YOU DELL and THANK YOU BEST BUY COMPUTER DEPT. not sure if its okay to.say his name but hhe is the primary person that works in that department all the time and if you ask anyone in that store if they have anyone who is very k owledgable in computers they take you to him of call him for you ... Great product. The design and easy use are very good but speakers malfunctioned within 6 months of use.

I had to update the BIOS before the audio worked with any of the applications. Right out of the box, I thought it had a defective fan because it was so loud. At least twice in the first week, someone asked me if I knew what “that noise” is. I asked technical support if they knew if it was supposed to be that loud and they said they have gotten similar complaints. Additionally, the buttons on the touchpad are very stiff. Hopefully that means they are less likely to go bad. Performance is great. It’s very light and has a vivid, responsive touchscreen.
