This laptop has everything that I wanted and then some. I was looking for fingerprint security and a physical webcam cover - this has both. I honestly wasn't looking for a 2-in-1 convertible design, but I have to say I use it more than I thought I would. The laptop is speedy (I haven't been able to bog it down yet) and has plenty of storage ( I keep a lot of things cloud-based anyway). My only complaint has to do with Best Buy's description of "excellent condition". It has a small scratch on the bottom, not a huge deal. However, near the speakers, it looks like the previous owner got some kind of hook stuck in the frame, so it's messed up on the frame. Nothing that some (very) gentle use of a hammer won't fix, but that's not "excellent condition" IMO.

This laptop works well. I like its battery back up and working speed.I would recommend to buy it.

Great laptop, runs fast and does what i need it to do very well. Battery lasts about 7 hours non stop use. Touch screen works great and it feels good to hold, not flimsy flimsy or plastic.... Would recommend 10/10

Great value for the money. I bought an open box model to save a bit more. I use this laptop for normal life things and some light gaming (I play TF2 on it). Handles what I need well though it overheats a good deal when gaming. Touch screen is very responsive. Haven’t used the folding feature much but it’s a cool option. I really like the availability of plug ins (HDMI, usb types, SD card). I use it mainly at home so I haven’t needed to really stretch battery life but I do get the impression the battery life isn’t that great. All around a fantastic laptop if you don’t have high needs but are looking for something to get the job done.

This is the perfect laptop for school. I purchased for son for college and it has been great. No issues. Speed and battery life is awesome.

It is better laptop for day today work. Smart and light weight. I love that one, better speed and worth for the price.

Great choice , super smooth fast and reliable with no problems

Overall pleased yet mildly disappointed at the same time. Graphics quality has probably been the biggest letdown from it compared to other options I had looked at when buying. Screen response when using a stylus (I use 2 of Wacom’s pens, 1 Bluetooth and the other is not) has been odd to get used to after being accustomed to my S22 Ultra. Either it’ll be smooth and crisp or act very glitchy. It was purchased with primarily office work and light personal browsing being intended and has been an absolute workhorse for everything I throw at it (managing company MMS system, PLC programming, office forms, CAD drawings, and more).

This is my first laptop and I couldn’t be happier. I now have the freedom to use my computer anywhere. The speed is great snd just the ease of using it is great.

Needed to upgrade my home office computer from i3 to i7 or higher. This Dell was the right price and right speed for the need. Works nicely and light weight too.

It's a nice laptop with a high-end configuration. Performance-wise, it's good, and I haven't encountered any issues so far.

Love this computer. Perfect size to bring anywhere and it’s lightweight. I use it for work and personal, no issues.

Overall it is fast, has a great touch screen, very quiet too... however, it has to be the only new laptop that doesn't have a lighening cable - which doesn't sound like a big deal however, there are no docking stations that function with it. When I have it plugged in, it just causes all monitors, key board, etc to flicker - the docking station puts off TOO much power. Just a lap top- PERFECT - if it's a part of a desk set-up - look else where.

My wife and I needed a laptop for work and this Dell handles all of our work needs without any problems. It’s super fast, lightweight and the touch screen is amazing. I didn’t think I would use the touch screen feature that often, but honestly it’s all I use now and I doubt I could ever go back to a traditional laptop.
