Great laptop for the price, especially if you find a good clearance deal. Quick response time, easy set-up, charges quickly, touchscreen, and coverts into, essentially, a huge tablet. Using mine for college, highly recommend.

This is probably one of the best laptops I have purchased. I got an open box one that was brand new. I got this laptop at a great deal. The laptop is light and powerful and a great value. I only use for school and work. I love the touch screen feature but the battery life sucks. Other than that I love this computer.

Love this laptop. Got it for music recording (using an external audio interface). Starts up and runs processes super fast. Didn't come loaded with bloatware. I was not aware it had a touchscreen. Not sure how I missed that. But its a cool bonus.

I absolutely do no regret this purchase. I was looking for a mid-range laptop for both personal and school use, as well as the use of adobe editing software for my photography business. It has delivered just what I asked for. The touch screen, folding ability, and fingerprint sign in are very convenient. It's not the most powerful laptop on the market for editing, but it definitely does the job AND more. The only drawback is that the laptop is a little heavy, not as thin as a macbook. But I don't mind it for the price and power.

It moves quickly between white pages, has a decent amount of memory and I haven't had any issues in 2 years. The fan is a little noisy but doesn't distract too much.

really like this Laptop, because it is small but very powerful, light and cool, the design is very good, hopefully it is always powerful and there are no problems when used.

I have enjoyed this computer. Some reviews say that the screen is too shiny. It is reflective, but not obnoxiously so. The keyboard feels firm and does not indent when pushed. The track pad is stiff. I am not crazy about that, but when using a mouse the issue is mitigated. The computer is fast and responsive. The screen is more square than rectangular, which is not my preference, but it does allow for more vertical space. I have not used the tablet feature, but did try it out and it works fine. Overall this is a good laptop and I would purchase it again.

The laptop is light weight. The touch screen allow me to do handwritting during transit. It is a very good laptop to do your works in train.

I had a HP 14 inch for years and decided to try this Dell due to sale price and features. I have only had for a few weeks and so far I am pleased, I really like the SSD as it boots up quickly. I mainly use it for simple tasks and no gaming. My only concerns are the backlit keyboard does not always work and at times I have had problems with the finger print log on. Still trying to work through this. Also, at times I get messages that windows did not load correctly and I have to restart. Not a deal breaker but a bit frustrating.

Wow honestly, I cannot believe the value packed into this laptop. We bought this for a lighter weight laptop with a decent battery, hoping it would be similar to my Samsung Flex 2 Alpha. While it is slightly larger screen and a tiny bit heavier it certainly performs as well as my I7 and at half the price. Ok so it is slightly heavier, no big deal, I wish this was around when I bought mine as ai would have just bought 2 of these.

This laptop is so good for the price! My daughter is the one using it and it is fast and really a great laptop! The battery life is good!
