Spend the extra money and get a surface pro or something better.

Best touch screen laptop. I got this for cheap nearly $700. And the touch is smooth, the keypad is friendly. Never had any issue with the battery. Works great, doesn't lag on high computing operations. Worth it if you're a developer and want something at a cheap price. AMD ryzen 7 works smooth, also it looks great and is light weight.

After returning 2 laptops, I finally found a winner. I was searching for a laptop under $800 with a glossy touch screen, backlit keyboard, fast, portable and good memory. This laptop checks all the boxes. The speakers give good sound for a laptop and the screen has a crisp bright display. The only thing I wish it had is a full number keypad, but I am happy it at least has a backlit keyboard. I like that it can be used in tent mode or tablet. I am hoping it will last for a long time.

This "not so little" small computer is Big on features. It has an extremely fast processor making quick work of my requests. I love the touch screen and it has enough memory to allow me to get my work completed and then allow for game time or movie time.

I wasn't paying attention to the available ports, so had to buy a hub to get all the functionality I wanted. Speed, portability and touchscreen work great.

Overall the computer is easily satisfactory! I absolutely love the large RAM size, as I can play a large game like Assassin's Creed Origins on it with few lag/glitch problems. The touch screen is great, the actual appearance of the computer is quite pleasing, and the controls are fairly easy to understand as is typical of a Dell/Microsoft laptop. My only complaint would be the ports. The charger can only be plugged in on the left-hand side, and there is only ONE USB port on the right-hand side. Important to note before purchasing. With everything else I have no complaints so far.

This is a little smaller than my old Acer and that took some getting used to. The change to USB C was not appreciated with all my accessories on regular USB and the USB C ports so close that adapters barely fit. since one of the USB C ports needs to be used for charging there are fewer available ports without an adapter. It is faster than my old computer and starts up much faster. I have yet to explore all the new things like touch screen so that could make it much better.

I have had this laptop for about 3 months and am very pleased with my purchase. I have always used AMD processors and find them to be superior to Intel. The unit is extremely fast and, so far, reliable. It does everything I need it to do. I am not a gamer so I can't speak on that but would expect it to perform very well. Bluetooth is solid and connects immediately to my Denon amp. Display is excellent. Laptop is light weight and solidly constructed. Thank you Dell for an outstanding laptop.

This product is like a swiss army knife of awesome. it runs everything smoothly and without issues. tablet mode is super convenient, and if you get BlueStacks you can play all your favorite phone games on a giant tablet! Marvel Snap never looked so good. It also runs all office programs, streaming sites, and a little cloud gaming with ease. I would highly recommend this computer if you need a portable little powerhouse.

Great Laptop, I had Best Buy upgrade to a bigger ram which helped with what I was using the laptop for. Been going strong and working great for the last few years!!!

Great product. Easy to use and streamlined design. Lightweight and stays cool

The laptop is sleek, a good size, and very quick. Yet I have ran into too many issues with my WIFI Network Wireless Receiver. I had to factory reset the laptop after 2 months of using in order to get it working again. I do not know if this is my specific one.

The laptop runs fast and has a good battery life. However, the screen will have moments where the cursor disappears for a while even after clicking with the touch pad. The cursor also tends to get stuck in drag mode without holding down left click.

This Dell laptop was above and beyond what I was looking for. This was on sale between black Friday and cyber Monday. It was an open box item that was in new/excellent condition and saved a total of over 33%. This machine screams and has done everything I have asked if it. The Ryzen 7 processor and 16 gb of memory rips! I am using for 3D printing, creating and starting and creating my family photo book. The portability of it was a wonderful bonus and to be able to use it as a tablet is great.

This is an absolutely great laptop. It is small and portable enough to carry with you anywhere. The memory and storage is great also. I have not had any issues since I have had this laptop. Great BUY!

Good display, very responsive, touch screen works. Only problem is the sound but its not too important. Good laptop for school.

I really enjoyed using this laptop it ran smoothly, and the screen quality was excellent. One of my favorite features was the touchscreen, which made it easy to navigate and review documents. I also used it frequently for personal tasks outside of work. Unfortunately, after a couple of years (less than 3 years), the laptop suddenly stopped working. I took it to two different computer repair shops, and both diagnosed a motherboard chip issue. The repair cost was estimated to be about the same as, or even more than, what I originally paid for the laptop. I’m not sure why the motherboard failed after just a few years, but while it was working, this laptop was great and served me very well.

Very quick in both startup and use for surfing and applications

I'm very happy with this purchased. I wanted something fast and medium size laptop. It's everything I imagined! The only complain I have is that it reboot on its own because it ran into problem.

I bought this for my wife as an upgrade from an 11 year old Dell laptop. This new Dell has a fast processor, more memory and with an SSD drive there is practically no start-up wait time.
