Previously had a similar deal that died after four years. Previous Dell, the touchpad was too sensitive. This one improved. USB-C charger connection. No issues.

It was only a few months out of warranty so no help there. In my research I found that the laptops that fold into 'tents' or fully open have to a computer - hinge failures. This one better last longer than 2 years, I can't afford another one.
