    High performance but unreliable

This Dell Chromebook is really nice -- when it works. It often won't resume from sleep and you try over and over to get it started up. Every other Chromebook I've ever owned (Acer, HP, Samsung, Toshiba) has started instantly when you open the cover, but not this machine. Close the lid, press the power button, pray, and repeat -- sometimes it'll start, sometimes it won't. Oh, did I mention that it crashes every time you try to go to Google Docs -- and you find yourself once again jumping through a series of hoops just to get it started again? Aaaaggghhhh!!! This was a Christmas gift for my wife that I really wish I hadn't bought. Very, very unreliable.
