Love it, fast and great with applications, easy to set up

Everything works good, very solid, is not light at all, so far so good after used for 20 days, the only issue is the battery, won’t work after of 7 hours, I really like the touchscreen, keyboard is no plastic, two usb c connector and one usb es perfect, I do have a MacBook Air and that’s a big difference between both

Looked for a computer that functioned like the Surface Pro but much affordable. This is it! The screen does not detach but it completely folds back and around. Its processor is super fast and I love the amount of ports it has. The Surface didn’t have a USB port which made me make this decision to get the Dell. The only downside is that it is missing the component to allow Face ID log in like the surface has. Highly recommend this laptop!

Bought this laptop for my highschool senior as her previous laptop's keyboard died. She has been very pleased with the battery life and quality. I originally bought it thinking we would pass it down to her younger sister when she left for college and get her something different - but she wants to just use this one!

Great laptop and great experience buying a new one for the first time in 11 years. I knew anything I got was going to be an upgrade, but my sales associate made sure to get me the best deal for a quality laptop. I love the versatility of the touch screen and the full range of the hinge.

I love my new Dell Inspiron laptop! I typically limp along with technology that is no longer working well (had my last laptop for about 8 years). So, it's amazing to get a new laptop and see all that I can do with it. With all the artwork/graphic design stuff I do for volunteer organizations I am in, I need a laptop. Can't do it all on my phone

This laptop was fantastic at first. It is very fast. I love the touchscreen and it feels very smooth overall. I mainly use the laptop for school and I have been using it for 5 months now. However, the main issue is my shift key is not working. it has stopped working for awhile and it is very difficult when I need to use a question mark, exclamation point, colon, etc. and I don't have that at my disposal. I paid close to $600 and it hasn't even been a year. Very dissapointing!

I was delighted with this laptop, the advice of the commercial advisor was great and we chose the best option according to my needs. I would always be willing to recommend and return to Best Buy in Worcester, his kindness is great. I'm happy with my purchase for the quality and price.
