LOVVVVEEEE my laptop! Love that it turns completely into a Tablet & also has touchscreen features! 10/10!!!!

Best laptop I have ever bought, love the touch screen and that I can bend the screen all the way back makes it rasier

Pretty good. everything works as stated, fast and smooth, color looks great, the only thing I have to say so far is that the battery life isn't great but still pretty good also it isn't the brightest screen but that's what u get with 250Nit, still decent and you can connect a monitor if you're sitting at home or office often.

love it for work a compatible with Microsoft programs. very easy to set up. good size, not for everyday travel but light

It was not what I chose in the store. It's only 8GB and only 512GB hard drive... I chose the 16GK, 1TB dell 14". I couldn't open the box in the store and I trusted the sales guy. It's a little slower than I expected. I got a pretty good deal on it, so I'll keep it until it wears out. It was an emergency purchase at the time, so had to go with it. Glad Best Buy was there to rescue me tho!!

I love how easy navigating my laptop. Im not tech savvy. I also appreciate the people who have helped me with my questions. I did have one instance when i needed help because i couldnt get my lap top to charge. I wished the tech person would have gone thru the basics. I may have discovered the fix did not require bringing it in for a service call. I cant wait to experiment with the graphics

It works great most of the time but sometimes won’t turn on even when fully charged and goes in a loop. But overall it’s been good for college except when these malfunctions happen when class starts

Solid laptop for little work while traveling, not a gaming system

Very very very easy to use. I was seeking something just to use moderately and this laptop was ideal. The ability to turn from laptop to tablet was awesome as well!

The Dell-Inspiron Laptop is excellent and works efficiently. What I specifically like about this machine is how quickly it loads information and performs tasks. I'm especially grateful to the Geek Squad at Best Buy, who set the machine up for me and transferred files.
