Lightweight & easy to use so far, but not too small.

So far, I love it. I don't use it for much more than email, browsing, purchasing, and creating Microsoft documents and spreadsheets. But I love its compact design, its quick response. I wish I would have replaced my older laptops sooner!

i love this laptop. It is so convient to use since you can fold it alway over and use it as a tablet too . I do a little bit of streaming , music , planner and social media and it works great for those things

I bought this on sale as a gift and was NOT disappointed. Simple yet robust. Just what the wife needed for browsing and light duty work. Wish I had bought one for myself!

Honestly, i didn't want a computer that folded back into a tablet but now I can't go back. I really love my Dell. and I am an HP girl so i was unsure about switching brands but i have no complaints.

in love with my new laptop !!! its perfect has so many apps to work with i have a small designing business and it has so much i could work with love how its touch screen! also has so much space ive downloaded so many designs from my old laptop to this new one and i still have plenty of memory. AMAZING PURCHASE!!!

Runs normal on games I play not too bad of a laptop has a fingerprint scanner and actually works as intended unless you put too much pressure on it like minecraft with a lot of mods only problem is you have to keep it plugged in the whole time you use it or it dies fast

Low end price matches the features. The 8GB is fixed, can't upgrade, I wish I had seen that, but it is adequate memory. I do not care for all of the Dell software, others may need it, but I'd like to have an option to remove it all. So I give it 4 stars, because it is as advertised, lower end-adequate laptop.

Beautiful laptop, has all the features I need and moves quickly. I love that it folds and becomes a tablet. The color is gorgeous as well! The price is extremely fair and I'm glad I snagged one!

My experience was that it couldnt read the bois systems and hard drive and kept making a loud noise every time I opened it up I want to use Customer service support but I haven't been able to get in touch with them to get my computer fixed I sadly am still having these issuses and it happenes frequently I want to know why?

Purchased as a gift for an extended family member. He loves the keyboard, the functionality and the swivel touch screen when he uses its while working on his Harley Davidson MC with a MC app

+I have been very satisfied with the device. It functions as advertised. The Geek Squad arrived as promised and completed the installation promptly. The Microsoft Outlook does not function flawlessly as they promise and needs work.
