Cheap build

It has never been out of my house i keep it in a case and only use it on a ventable area. I opened it up one day and heard a cracking noise. The bottom right part of the screen literally came out of the frame and damaged the screen. And all i did was open the lap top like normal. Its clearly made of cheap parts if its going to start falling apart after only 2 YEARS. $700 for 2 years of use, i feel like i got scammed. Do not buy this laptop.

It was a reasonable price, gave me more storage space than my old computer, and is just the right size. it has excellent sound and I have a hearing loss, but I find the sound to be clear and crisp. Best Buy Geek Squad is just great to work with, those guys know their stuff!

I work in IT, tried everything, backed up what I could, tried to repair it, use a bit locker key, nothing worked. So now I am resetting it to factory settings and hope what I saved off is what I need to have once it is done. So frustrated right now with it. Before this, it worked great, so it would have been a 5 star until now... I shouldn't have to do this only after 6 months of using it.
