This computer is so perfect for school!!! I love it so much the quality, color, but it sometimes buffers for awhile so it’s concerning at times but overall great computer!!! I have always used a MacBook but I had to switch it up and it’s the best decision I have ever done (computer wise).

The Dell laptop is excellent. I am able to have multiple tabs open all at once. Which comes in handy when writing a research paper. I love the feature where you can click read page and the automated voice reads the entire page while your write notes. The downside of this laptop is that the McAfee protection subscription only lasts about a month.

Excellent laptop and gets the work done! Definitely recommend for beginners.

It works well so far, I have only had it for a week or so. The only complaints I have is that the audio can get a bit glitchy in a way but it isn't horrible. The fact the the volume can be turned up really loud and sounds amazing kind of balances that out tho. The fan also starts going after using the light up keyboard for a while which isnt bad but it does annoy me a bit

Pc is decent for the low level user. Those into gaming or high demand apps will find this pc underwhelming. Also not a fan if the lack of usb ports (only 1) making it hard to use peripherals

This is a great laptop! Perfect for college students. Has plenty of features and storage. Extremely pleased!

Easy to use. Only qualm is the fan can get noisy at times.

I love this computer so much. It works really well and seems very durable. What was even better was the customer service I received when making this purchase. The worker who helped me at the register was great and really made sure I understood how everything work and I was happy.

like it similiar to my old dell. it is not too big and not to small. has unusual color of blue. everyone that sees it first mentions about the special blue color. set up and loading of siftware has taken many visits to Best Buy. Only professionals can do this not the average person. why does dell not have a special price with best buy for the set up of all software?

I personally love this for college, I get to have multiple tabs open, touchscreen, and it can convert into a tablet! Best of all…no joke I love the pen, haha it’s so easy for me to write my cute notes, hehe-

Good value for price. I'm actually probably about to buy my husband one too. I was really glad to get something that worked well for a reasonable price. The customer service and advice at best buy was great! Slows down with a lot of tabs open but that is to be expected.

This is the best Windows laptop that I have bought. The only thing I wish is that the display would be a bit brighter, and vibrant for this price point. But other than that It is pretty good.

Screen quality is very good , definition is excellent.
