Good value for price. I'm actually probably about to buy my husband one too. I was really glad to get something that worked well for a reasonable price. The customer service and advice at best buy was great! Slows down with a lot of tabs open but that is to be expected.

This is the best Windows laptop that I have bought. The only thing I wish is that the display would be a bit brighter, and vibrant for this price point. But other than that It is pretty good.

Excellent laptop and gets the work done! Definitely recommend for beginners.

My partner is a teacher and like most teachers has to pay for her own supplies. Her old laptop was on its last legs to help teach her class and I know how badly she’s wanted it. She’s been using it for 2 weeks straight now and is so excited to show her class it!

So far loving it and very easy to navigate btw Jose helped me re the geek squad on the phone and survey expired he was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable and so patient with me hope that he receives the recognition.

So far so good, it has really good sound which is another thing that I was missing from my MacBook Pro M1I actually am about to pretty much give my dog the laptop. I don't know why apple made those laptops.

Laptop is great ! I always have good things to say about the Dell brand, they never let me down.

It's just as I expected. A great laptop with all the features I want or need. I'm disappointed with the new annoying requirement of Microsoft to establish windows account. I prefer windows stay out of files uninvited!

It's not as easy to operate as my first Dell which was accidentally damaged in May of 2023. So many changes to get used to. I like this color a lot. And the white letters on the black keys are very easy to read! The technical changes are a challenge to my present age.

Quality is the key and this computer seems to live up to that word - I am not a computer guru but I have not had any problems using the device and - so far, I give it a perfect score!!

I had a couple of bad moments with the laptop but overall, it has worked well for school and everyday activates.
