The laptop is good but I was having hard time to set the webcam

Staff was incredible. They helped me get into a laptop for my wife for her new real estate career. I had to go to a different location to pick it up however he helped me find a location that had what she wanted.

So far, this seems good. I'm going to use this as a back up laptop to my original. It's a bit heavier than what I've had in the last few years. I like that it's a pretty reasonable quality for the price.

I purchased a Dell Inspiron Laptop from Best Buy. Very informative sales personal and the Geek Squad. I like the feel and touch of my new PC. So far it has been a pleasure using it.

It’s pretty good. In my opinion I’ve had it for a little bit now, and have had no issues with it at all. The one thing I don’t like is it seems it takes a minute for it to power on that is the biggest downfall my opinion it seems touchy.

Honestly the best computer I’ve ever purchased would buy again

Power cord did not work, but Best Buy replaced it with a new cord. Best Buy was able to take care of the issue and I did not have to transfer everything to a new laptop. Also, it would be nice if Dell would at least provide a basic written Quick Start.

This is a sweet looking 2 for 1 laptop/tablet. Once I familiarize myself with Windows 11 and how to use all the features of this machine, I be able to provide a better review.
