I purchased a Dell Inspiron Laptop from Best Buy. Very informative sales personal and the Geek Squad. I like the feel and touch of my new PC. So far it has been a pleasure using it.

Power cord did not work, but Best Buy replaced it with a new cord. Best Buy was able to take care of the issue and I did not have to transfer everything to a new laptop. Also, it would be nice if Dell would at least provide a basic written Quick Start.

This unit was recommended to me by the employee I saw that day. So glad I took his recommendation! Is perfect for what I needed.

We purchased for our daughter for school! She loves it so far. Easy to set up and she is already doing what she needs to for school. We chose because of the memory size, but also the ability to use as a tablet!

If you are looking a good computer for your home or office this DELL laptop is one of the best options, fast and enough internal store for normal use.

I have only had it for a couple of weeks but it has worked well except for 2 times where the screen glitched for a second or two. Other than that its been great.

so far, i am very happy with the dell laptop. this is the first dell i have ever had. i was given great details into this choice by the agent. hopefully will be the best ive had.

Seems to be a great product. My son is enjoying his new laptop! He did most of the research on what he was looking for and specs for what he needed. He has complained yet!

I love this laptop. The outer shell doesn’t provide the most protection, so I’d recommend a case. Other than, I love it for the price. I trade in my Mac for this

So far so good, I haven’t used it that much I am now semi retired and I don’t need it for work but I get documents that need to be signed and my old computers wouldn’t work anymore

It’s a laptop, it does everything one needs to be productive! No bells or whistles, but it's reliable, affordable and gets the job done.
