It was advertised and marked as being in excellent condition. It came with a power adapter that was not compatible and the battery was dead. Dell was great about sending a replacement battery and a tech to install. I realize that getting something open box could be a gamble, but it shouldn’t have been marked “excellent condition.”

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just don't buy any 2 in 1 from Dell, this one broke in the half just outside of warranty and dell trying to charge me $60 just to look at it, just another 60 in the ditch, hinges don't bent right and one side will lock earlier then another and you will have cracked screen just like mine
