    This item was new in the box. It had no sound and for a minute I thought it just didn't come with speakers. I searched the computer files for it and none existed. I was going to return it but the Geek Squad I pay $200/year for were able to upload the correct software for it. Why do you buy a new computer and right away have issues.....
