Open box and geek squad

When it arrived I tried to set it up. The WiFi system wasn't working on it. Now mind you I just bought and called geek squad with the problem. I was told I would have to pay 200 dollars for them to fix. I was highly upset set. Then I called Best Buy they me I could bring it and get a refund or exchange it. I drove an hour and 1:45 minutes to exchange for an Acer Chromebook Plus.

It even had the old customer’s name still in the log in despite us have to “install everything.” Best Buy should be ashamed of itself for this! Thank goodness I bought a warranty.

Don't Bother

Shortly after purchasing, I can barely get the computer to load the login page, let alone do any work on it. It's very slow, constantly crashes, and takes restarting several times to get it working. Completely unusable and a waste of my money.

This is one of those circumstances that the Teck companies are being sued for anti-trust!!! Companies that aid them deserve the same.

Inspiron is such a solid laptop
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dell inspiron 2 in 1 laptop is a laptop that I feel like doesn’t change much, beyond the yearly update with newer processors to go with, im not saying this in the bad way, but inspiron is a good midrange laptop for the price. the looks on laptop I myself don’t think it should change , from the front you have the Dell logo that’s shine , it’s clean minimalist look design approach, we get one HDMI out, 2 USB C, and SD slot. opening this laptop does feel premium and it feels good seeing and actually experiencing it. i’ve been messing with this laptop for a week and it performs well. this version that I have is equip with the latest AMD Ryzen 5 7530u. no issue from opening multiple windows, i’ve experienced zero slow down. I even tried streaming with xbox gamepass. it’s a perfect little cloud gaming laptop so far. I wouldn’t push installing major big games on this, but having to try xbox cloud on this was the perfect test. every time I open this laptop it reminds me of how it looks like and macbook, the keyboard felt right feels great . did not experience any trackpad delays or any audio quality issue. speaker sounds good to what the laptop offers, and i’ve heard some pretty low quality sounds, and inspiron 14 sounded just fine. having the ability to have full touch is why people love these 2 in 1, clicking on screen is responsive and right on point of where is being pressed. having this ability definitely makes it feel like it’s a tablet, my wife even love this laptop and now using it as her main. it’s 1080p perfect for its size with great colors. overall I can’t really say anything bad with this one. it checked all things that I would look for. performance I touch is the main thing that I really focus on and the quality. well it has all that and all the extra features that comes with it. i’m satisfied with Dell Inspiron and I highly recommend this product.

Did not come with recovery disc

Very poor performance!

The laptop had trouble initializing, it will just turn peach black. Super disappointed, lost all the work that I work so hard for. Thanks Dell!

Very disappointed

usless lap top

1. Download and install the latest Wireless Card driver. After updating the driver, re-establish the connection with the Wireless Access Point and check the wireless performance.
2. If the issue persists, proceed to step 3.
3. Power-cycle the local network. Shut down the Dell system, the Wireless Access Point/Router, and the Modem. Wait a minimum of 60 seconds before powering up the components in the following order:
4. Power ON the Modem, and wait for it to boot fully.
5. Power ON the Wireless Access Point/Router, and wait for it to boot fully.
6. Power ON the Dell system.
7. Open Network and Sharing Center
8. In the left-side navigation pane, click on Change Adapter Settings

Terrible computer times2

Brand new computer is not usable
