    The Geek Squad was very good in getting my . New laptop up and running and transfering all my information from my old laptop. Both Jeff and Jacko were both very nice. I totally love the Geek Squad people.

    I bought this on a great sale! And it works, too. I'm a little concerned by how it's already seeming to slow down just a tiny bit, but for what I need it for it works perfectly. Very portable too.

    Issues within a month of buying

    About a month after purchasing several keys on the left side of the keyboard stopped working. They were 1, a, z, Esc. and a few others. I had the exact samr issur with my old Dell laptop, but the problems didn't start until after several years. I ended up having to get the entire keyboard replaced. It's working now but I will have this perpetual fear it may stop working st any moment. Dell was really helpful for my issues with this.

    Dell fan was so noisy and did not work well till i had to go back and replace the laptop

    Don't Buy!

    I would not recommend this laptop to anyone. When I received it the screen was already broken and glitching purple lines. The screen also tends to flicker to a black screen. The time it takes for this to turn on is at least 5 minutes. The battery drains way too quickly and I have never had a worst experience with any laptop ever.
