I was hesitant to purchase a laptop with a 14 inch screen, however, I have found it to be fine in every way. I love the lavender blue color and the lightweight of the machine. I would recommend my Dell laptop to anyone interested in buying a new computer.

An excellent buy. More features than I was expecting. The system is fast and reliable. The link your phone feature was a breeze to setup. Being able to fold and use as a tablet is another outstanding feature along with the touch screen. A great purchase

Needed this laptop for school work and it does an amazing job. The speed is phenomenal and the battery life is very good. I charge this every other day using for around 6 to 8 hours per day. There is no lag on this laptop at least none too noticeable, the functionality on this is also very good very similar too a phone.

The product in itself is amazing. I love that it's touchscreen, has the ablity to fold completely over and be used as a tablet, without accidently hitting the keys. Also, the fingerprint lock/unlock is amazing. Another great thing is, it's not too big and/or bulky. Thinking about getting another one for my son.

I have nothing negative to say about this dell. I was use to using my MacBook, but this is now my go to laptop. It’s compact and lightweight, but big enough to do what I need to do. I also love to touch screen option. I would definitely recommend.

We bought this laptop for our granddaughter, who is currently working on her master's degree. It is fast, light, and everything else it was advertised to be. We're very pleased with its price and extraordinary utility.

I do love this lap top. it has everything that I was looking for. The only down fall is every time the computer gets an update and reboots I get some weird framwork.net or something like that message. I just reboot and it starts up correctly.

This is one on the best computers I have had. It has a goo battery life and charges pretty fast. I like the color of it as well and it is touch screen which is a bonus. It also has a built in slider on the camera for add privacy.

It is a simple and easy to use device. It is light and therefore very portable. Once fully charged, it lasts for some hours. I give it a five-star rating because I have not run into any issues with it so far.

Perfect replacement PC. My old Dell was showing it's age and this one is great. Great screen size and super fast.

I love this everything about this computer. Going from a very old laptop to this one was probably the best thing I've done. I also like being able to play Xbox games on it also.

The Dell is very easy to setup love sharp images on screen. I like the backlight keyboard. Very fast speed. Thsre is no lagging. Sound is great and clear. Can't find any faults

I found this computer very handy. It was fast adn I found I really like the 2 in 1 option for convenience more than I expected. I may upgrade to a bigger screen but for an easy portable laptop this one worked very well.

As for Office 365 Its doing exactly what I expected it to do.. saving files - one drive !!! everything at my finger tips! The Dell Laptop is awesome - speed - visual - light weight I love my new dell laptop!

I utilize this laptop for writing as well as moderate gaming, streaming, and web browsing. The processing is very quick and there is no lag with any streaming. I am very pleased with the responsive touchscreen and flip tablet feature. Great purchase!
