Great for day to day and research

If you get a laptop with low RAM ( maybe to save money), upgrade your RAM but not through Dell. I purchased the 8GB model, worked fine. For ~$150 upgraded to 32 GB. Laptop is now a monster. Beautiful display. Excellent fabrication.

Whether it’s gaming, business, personal, or schoolwork, I think it’s up to the task. Overall, it’s a great 14”, 2-in-1 PC. There are several ways to view the screen including the basic laptop mode, tent, tablet, or stand (kiosk) viewing mode. The sound is adequate for hours of listening/viewing and the speed of the Intel I5 processor is convenient. The hardware performs well and is a great school laptop because of its small size and portability. It has a camera lens cover for privacy. CONS, storage size, no number pad on the keyboard.

Dell Inspiron laptop

The speed, display battery life are great. My biggest issue is how much heat it is putting out. I often work with it in my lap and it gets quite warm on my legs after awhile. Overall I am enjoying it.

It's a laptop and a tablet with a Windows operating system. Multitasking is a breeze with the i5 processor and 8GB of ram. Perfect for a student.

My only concern is that it's hard to use the toggle bar on the side of the screen, so end up using touch screen.

Perfect price and does everything I need without problems. The touchscreen was something I did know I needed until I bought this. I'll never go back to a non 2-in-1 laptop again.

Good Laptop at a Great Price

It has all the features I was looking for, set up was seamless and works great. It is lightweight and the touchpad tracking is responsive. The 14" screen is ample for viewing documents, spreadsheets and videos. The fingerprint scanner is a little touchy and takes getting used to but really the only glitch I've encountered. This laptop is a great deal with all the features of higher priced models at a very affordable price. Would definitely recommend!

It's fast, portable, the battery lasts, and I've been impressed! Our Best Buy employee was knowledgeable about computers and helped us decide. I feel confident in this computer. I do have a suggestion....why not provide Educator discounts? I'm a teacher and my computer will be used for work 75% of the time. It would have been nice to have even a 5% discount. Every little bit helps!

Wow really like this computer.

Saw this newer model and slightly larger screen. It is a power house for all of my uses. the Start button/fingerprint identifier took a little to set up. The big shock was it allowed me to download Windows 11 right away(10/04). I love the size and all the features. The sound is much better than my last Dell. the screen is quite bright.
